Everyone has been strictly banned from the kitchen by Minho, well except Seungmin, but they still found a suitable rhythm for everyone.

3 years later

It's been three years now that Jisung has been with the seven boys. Jisung fit in well with the group of best friends and months later became a 'new member' of the group and none of the eight would want to change that. However, since Jisung has been there, there has been certain tensions between the seven. Jisung didn't notice these tensions until he overheard one of the many evening conversations by chance.

He was sitting leaning against Jeongin with his eyes closed, his breathing was slow and even and so the seven thought he was sleeping and the big conversation ensued which they actually wanted to keep secret from Jisung. "If I say that we all noticed the tense atmosphere between the seven of us, then we all agree, right?" Chan began, and everyone either nodded or said 'yes'. "We also all agree that we probably all have the same chaos inside us, right?" Minho asked, who got the same reaction as Chan before.

Then there was silence, Jisung sighed in his 'sleep' and waited to see what would be said next. "So... you know that I said that I would never ever start a relationship with one of you, right?... but Jisung somehow changed that..." Hyunjin murmured and looked at the floor. "Jinnie... that's not a bad thing, because I think you've just hit the main topic. I can agree with you... not with everything, but still, since Jisung has been here there has been an emotional chaos inside all of us that wasn't there before..." Felix said and looked uncertainly at the others. And that's exactly how Jeongin, Seungmin, Changbin, Chan and Minho agreed with the two of them.

He often overheard some of these conversations until he got fed up and burst into one of them. "I'm sorry, but I can't do this anymore. How long do you want to keep having these conversations about how you're in love, not just with me, but with each other? There's nothing wrong with that. You can still be best friends, that shouldn't change anything, you already live together, so what's wrong with taking this step?" said the squirrel with glassy eyes, because he was suffering from it. He suffered from this hope that his feelings would be reciprocated, but nothing happened.

After he said this and no one reacted at all, he stood up and left the house. He walked around, lost in thought, until he arrived in a park and nested in one of the trees in his squirrel form. While Jisung sank into self-pity, the others sat in the living room in shock. Only now did they realize that Jisung had often overheard the conversations by chance. They also realized that he was probably suffering, because he seemed to love them back. Felix, Hyunjin and Seungmin were the first to get up and run into the hallway to look for Jisung and bring him back. Jeongin, Changbin, Minho and Chan followed seconds later.

Together they ran through the streets and called for the boy, but they got no answer. Meanwhile, Jisung, however, replayed everything that had happened seconds... minutes before, until he realized that he had acted badly. He made his way shorter through the trees, but he realized that the seven were not there to let him in. He wonder if they had gone to look for him. He waited patiently in one of the corners right by the front door and hours passed until he heard the familiar voices of the people he was waiting for so longingly. When he saw the first person, he ran off and climbed onto their shoulder.

"Sungie... there you are... we've been looking for you everywhere..." said Seungmin, on whose shoulder the little creature was sitting. They unlocked the door and the puppy-like boy walked up the stairs so that Jisung could put some clothes on. When that was done, he ran straight into the arms of the seven and started crying, while mumbling apology after apology. The seven hugged him and then said to him as one voice: "Jisung, we love you!" This brought even more tears to the squirrel hybrid's eyes, which made them giggle and Chan asked the question of all questions. Well... at least to make it official. "Jisung? Do you want to be our boyfriend?" He asked, the others had already long since got over this question. Jisung nodded and beamed at them with the biggest smile they had ever seen on the boy.

And in the same way, the relationship between the eight blossomed, but also their friendship, which reached another level through this relationship.

Sadly, only two people contacted me and asked if I should continue writing or if the last chapter was the end, so I just wrote it. We'll read each other again tomorrow in another requested chapter!!
