jooyeon was upset.

so upset that nothing jungsu tried managed to make him even curve his lips up in a tiniest smile. and the elder knew it was partly because of him.

it was his sudden arrival that caused all this and he couldn't stop blaming himself for this. hyeongjun was right. he did seem like a weird person right now and obviously hyeongjun did consider jungsu dangerous.

the boy would not even argue with the younger. of course jungsu himself knew he was no threat, but from hyeongjun's point of view, he found the younger's accusations pretty valid.

it was all his fault. if he hadn't arrived, hyeongjun and jooyeon would keep being friends like they used to. maybe even start dating in the future who knew. jungsu felt like he stood in between the two of them. affected their relationship and he really did feel so bad.

it was not what he wanted to do. he came here to help, make jooyeon feel better and he felt like he messed it all up. somehow managed to make everything worse than it already was.

jungsu was warned, he knew that it would be hard. that was the reason most of them didn't come here in the first place but no, he just had to think that it couldn't be that hard and come here anyway.

sure it was not only his free will, the situation was urgent and it would be the best to act that way. however, he was warned by so many to be careful, as it would not be easy at all.

how stupid of him to think that he would be able to handle everything so easily.

thinking about it, maybe he should have waited for some more time and not go straight to jooyeon after arriving here. he could have waited for some time and approach the younger boy in a much more decent place like maybe a café or something like that. that way, nothing would be too suspicious, and maybe hyeongjun would not hate him that much either. not like he could change anything now. what was done was done.

one other thing that was sort of concerning him, was the fact that he knew, was very well aware of how big of a power him and the ones like him possessed. how big his influence on jooyeon was.

that was why they avoided coming here to help in the first place and now that jungsu thought about it, he kind of got really scared.

the connection between him and jooyeon was something the younger boy physically couldn't have with anyone else. that strong of a bond was only between the two of them. that was why, he immediately felt comfortable around him, the feeling of knowing jungsu for too long, feeling so safe beside him and just simply comfortable, was because of that very bond. jungsu didn't need for jooyeon to say it. he sensed everything the younger boy felt.

and it was exactly because of this connection, why he would soon get too attached to him. at one thought, it was not a bad thing, but jungsu had to remind himself that he couldn't stay beside jooyeon forever. him and the ones like him, automatically radiated the happy energy that only their special, certain people could feel. the warm feeling that brought peace and calmness.

in this case, jooyeon was the only one feeling jungsu's such energy. and as the time would pass, if they kept spending this much time together, jooyeon would get so used to this energy and always feel this way. then, when jungsu would have to leave, jooyeon would go back to the previous, actually normal state for him. the daily life, anything he felt on daily basis and none of those too much calmness and happiness that jungsu automatically was giving him. that would be his normal state, but because he would be too used to feeling differently because of jungsu, it would be hard to cope. a little too hard.
