❝i'm going to take you out today.❞
that was the first thing jooyeon heard the next morning when he woke up.
he was pretty sure he had fallen asleep in jungsu's arms the previous night, however when he woke up he was alone in bed, the blanket covering his body, loosenly hanging from the bedside.
jooyeon had to admit it had been quite some time since he had slept this well, peacefully. finally remembeing the definition of sleeping like there's no tomorrow. it was something he really needed.
once again, he was actually starting to believe that jungsu possessed some powers that always brough peace to his mind. he didn't know how after talking for literally less than an hour, jungsu managed to make everything seem better.
it still was not it, obviously. jooyeon had the same unpleasant feelings lingering somewhere in the corner of his mind no matter how much he tried to push all of that aside. it always bothered him, at this point he was just tired of it.
nonetheless, he was thankful, seeing that jungsu really seemed to be trying his very best. probably, taking him out was apart of it. jooyeon was not going to question.
curving his lips up in a tiny smile, ❝okay?❞ the younger nodded his head, taking a seat on one of the chairs in the kitchen.
seeing that small smile tugging up jooyeon's lips, jungsu felt something warm popping insids of him. he could talk for hours and hours how much he loved and adored that exact smile jooyeon was offering at that certain moment.
he was more than just happy to be able to make the younger one smile for the first time in these two days, since the incident with hyeongjun happened. jungsu wanted to tell him how beautiful that smile looked on him, but decided not to and just sit down in front of him.
they ate mostly in silence, jungsu managing to make jooyeon smile a few more times, with his still clumsy attempts of holding any kind of utensil, but jungsu himself didn't care much. if this very clumsiness of his would cause for jooyeon to smile more, then he was ready to never learn properly how to use them.
after that, jungsu assured jooyeon that it was all okay if he went to get ready and he himself washed the dishes. nodding his head, jooyeon walked back to his room while jungsu stood in front of the sink for a good minute or so, trying to figure out how should he wash the dishes properly.
suggesting it was not that good of an idea after all since jungsu struggled a lot with it. it took him a few dropped utensils and a broken cup to finally, finally be finished with washing up and he told himself he would never do that ever again in his entire time of being here.
jungsu only managed to confess about the broken cup when the two started walking beside each other on the sidewalk. jooyeon honestly didn't mind. why would he? it was nothing special after all. he just assured the elder that it was okay, because who didn't make such mistakes, plus he had to not forget the fact that jungsu somehow was a really clumsy one.
❝i'll teach you and you won't break anything anymore.❞ jooyeon looked to the side at the elder one, flashing that adorable heart shaped smile of his.
jungsu doubted that. living here was harder than he expected for it to be. how badly he wanted to rant about it to someone, to jooyeon, so the younger would know that the clumsy attempts weren't just because he could not do something properly but because he had never done such thing ever before. but of course he couldn't do that.
❝where are we going?❞ jooyeon glanced down at his hand, almost brushing against jungsu's one, the urge of wanting to hold the elder's hand ran through his mind for a brief second, but he brushed it off quickly, before he would even have a chance to get into more thoughts of what would happen, if his fingers got intertwined with jungsu's ones.
