£8: Safe, Home, And...Hybrids?

Hi everyone! Sorry its been a while since I've posted this last. I know not all of you guys are making books so some of you might not understand the feeling of writers block. Im trying to post this as soon as i can, but summer has been busy. The title of this chapter might be a bit confusing, especially the 'hybrid' part, but you'll understand either in this chapter, or one of the next two. So this chapter is dedicated to gina_the_dragon, for being my first inspiration. She is working on a Skybrine book right now and its a sequel to her Enderlox book. Check her out cause I know she'll appreciate it. So anyways here is chapter eight: Safe, Home, and...Hybrids?

Seto's Pov

I have no idea where I am. All I remember is Enderlox stabbing my right arm. Then it all went black. Its still black. Im not sure how long it will be this way. But I have this weird sensation that something is wrong. That something bad is going to happen. Where is this feeling coming from? It could be my imagination. But it could be a warning as well. Which one is it? I dont know. But i know that when i get out of this darkness, i have to be very cautious.

The blackness began to turn into something. A forest. No. The forest. The forest Ty was staring into when they came back from The End. The forest Enderlox flew off into when he first came to. The forest where Adam almost died. The forest Enderlox flew off into before I blacked out. I began to walk around. Im not sure where im heading, but im being lead by something.

I stopped a few feet away from a cave. A saw the figure of Ty. Not Enderlox, regular Ty. He was punching the ground crying and talking to himself. Then I witnessed him going from himself to Enderlox. I tried to run forwards , but I couldnt move. Then it blurred into blackness again. But this time I wasnt alone. I looked over. And saw Ty. He looked up, and saw me.

"Seto!" He cried out running towards me.

At first I stood there, but then I ran towards him too. "Ty!" I screamed.

We hugged each other.

"Seto I missed you! How'd you get here?"

"To be honest I dont know."

I felt a weird feeling. I looked down to notice I was slowly disappearing.

"Seto I need you to take this!" He gave me a map.

"Where does it go to?" I asked, I was halfway gone.

"It leads you to The Temple Of Eternity. Enderlox is trying to destroy it! Take it!"

"Alright. Dont worry Ty. We'll get you back"

"I know. I'll see you soon. I know I can count on you guys"

"Right." And with that, I was gone.

A few seconds later I opened my eyes. At first all I saw was plain white so I had to blink a few times until the ceiling of the Team Crafted hospital came in view. I sat up, and winced. I looked to my right. Everyone was there. They were laughing.

"Hey guys..." I said pretty weakly.

They all looked over.

"Seto!"

Adam's Pov

I was in the hospital room with everyone. Seto and Mitch were still unconscious. Jason's arm was in a cast. Quinton had already woken up. Seto had to have a breathing mask on since the wound on his neck was almost to the point where it could penitrate his throat and airway.

Eventually Jerome walked over to Mitch, who now looked like he was sleeping. He smirked.

"Jerome what are you doing?" Jason asked.

"Nothing..." He said. A few seconds later he started tickling Mitch. That woke him up. He was laughing so hard he was crying, until he slapped Jerome a little too harsh.

"Ow..."

He opened his eyes "That wouldn't have happened if you werent tickling me!"

We all laughed.

"Hey guys..."

We all turned around to see Seto holding his head with his hand. His mask was off.

"Seto!" We all said, running over.

Seto's Pov

"Seto are you ok? You were saying some weird things while you were asleep." Ian said.

"Yeah? Like what?"

"Things like sensation, warning, the forest, end, cave, go, dont know, where, inside, back, soon, and near end." He said.

I stared at him for a sec. "How do you remember this?"

He held up paper and a pencil. "I wrote it down. You never know when it could come in handy!"

We all laughed. But then I stopped while everyone else was still laughing. I looked down.

Adam looked at me and frowned. "Is something wrong?" He asked. All eyes were on me.

"Ian what was the last thing you wrote down?" I asked.

"Near end."

I frowned. "I never said that when I was dreaming..."

"What are you trying to say?" Jason asked me. I just noticed he had a cast on.

I sat there for a sec before I realized something and reached for my pocket.

"Whats wrong?" Adam asked.

I pulled out the map Ty had given me.

"Whats that?" Mitch asked.

"I guess I have to start from the beginning..."

Enderlox's Pov

I landed nearby a cave. Its going to be where my house will be. Deadlox was trying to take control. I sighed and gave it to him. He stood there for a sec, before dropping to his knee's punching the ground. His unhappiness amused me. He was holding the map I was holding. It was a map to The Temple Of Eternity. It was were Notch was planning the separation of me and Deadlox. He's going to get the hybrids of Team Crafted to destroy me. I took the only map and I need to destroy it.

"Times up" I said.

"NO!!!" He screamed.

Then I took control again. But I didnt have the map.

"What did you do with it?!" I screamed.

"What did I do with what?" He asked.

"You know!" I said. Then it went black for a sec. When I came back, Seto was holding the map then he disappeared.

"What did you do?!?!?!" I screamed at him

He smirked. This isnt over.
