Layla and Kol just finished killing all the vampires that was meant for Jeremy. "I know this is because of Silas, but did we have to kill them" Layla asked.
"What you don't want to help your boyfriend" Kol asked. "Kol" Layla said.
"We will go home soon, and I'll make it up to you, you and I both know what happens if Silas comes" Kol said. "Fine" Layla said and heard footsteps. "They're coming" Layla said and she and Kol hid.
"Looks like we're gonna have to find some new vampires what a waste" Damon said seeing the scene.
"What happened" Jeremy asked and Kol and Layla came out. "I confess I did it with some help from my girl here" Kol said.
"Layla, you helped why" Damon asked. "I'm sorry Damon but I had to you don't understand what's at stake" Layla said. "Kol" Jeremy said.
"Jeremy good to see you mate sorry about the mess um it was a little crowded when we arrived, and I prefer more intimate gatherings and we four need to have a little chat" Kol said.

"Truthfully I only ever put up with you cause you're dating my sister" he added. "Damon" Layla said warning him.
"Fine" Damon said to her. "So, let's just cut to it" Damon said to Kol.
"You know my brother bragged about his plan completing Jermey's hunter mark and when my girlfriend told me about the cure I knew she needed my help it was easy enough to track this lot down they were all hiding in the shadows now killing young vampires is easy or old ones for that matter" Kol said.
"Why what's it to you either way" Damon asked. "Because you, fools in your zeal to find the cure you risk waking someone very dangerous" Kol said.
"Oh, you must be talking about Silas" Damon said. "What do you know of him" Kol asked. "Nothing don't want to" Damon said.
"Then you my brother are an idiot but that's nothing unusual" Layla said. "Not our problem" Damon said referring to Silas. "Isn't it" Kol asked.
"Uh- uh" Damon said. "A few hundred years back I came across a group that worshipped Silas" Kol said. "Nut jobs" Layla said.
"His followers told me that he would rise again and when he did, he would trigger the end of all time you know being an immortal you can see why I'm opposed to tome's ending, so I murdered all of them and now here you are willing to risk raising him in your search for the cure" Kol said.
"I can't exactly sit back and let that happen can I" Kol asked.
"We're not gonna back off the cure because you were told one too many scary bedtime stories you idiot" Damon said.
"Damon, would you shut up and listen this is not bedtime stories you idiot this is dangerously even for us" Layla said.
"Jeremy we were mates in Colorado you're a smart lad why don't you call off this imbecilic treasure hunt" Kol said. "I'm not calling anything off mate" Jeremy said.
"Well, I could kill you" Kol said. "Kol don't" Layla said.
"But then I'd have to deal with the hunter's curse and risk losing my girlfriend and I don't particularly feel like being haunted for the next century nor do I want to lose my girlfriend better idea I'll just rip off your arms" Kol said.
"Kol no" Layla said and Kol snapped Layla's neck.
