Outside The CDC, late evening...

"Alright, you got your gun?" Ellie breathed out, killing the ignition on the truck and sticking the keys in her pocket. Their caravan was parked outside the Atlanta CDC, surrounded by dead bodies, unclear if they were really dead or just waiting for some unsuspecting person to walk by. Bare ankles ready for a late night snack, like those little German dogs that look like they've been through a pasta maker. Ankle biters.

"Yeah, you?" Glenn interrupted the girl's wild train of thought. She shook her head as if to rid the strange thoughts about comparing reanimated corpses to wiener dogs and nodded.

"Yeah, let's go." She popped open her door, gun trained and ready to fire. The pair made their way up to the group, helping usher the women and children to the center of the group.

"Tucker, Shane, weave around the front. Check that corner up there, see if we're clear." Rick instructed, Glenn and Elle moving to replace the two empty spots in the formation.

"Clear." Shane shouted as quietly as could, Rick nodded, pulling everyone closer to the military building.

"Alright, keep moving. Stay quiet." Rick reminded as a few members began coughing at the smell. Atlanta was ridden with bodies that were in various states of decay.

"Don't look like no one's home." Daryl mumbled, Elle turned around and glanced at him before turning back toward Rick.

"Stay together!" Rick urged, leading them up under the concrete roof and to the front door. Peering in the glass and cursing when he knew Daryl was right. Jacqui and T-Dog began banging on the steel rolling door.

"Help! Help! Let us in please!" They shouted, Tucker winced in time with his sister.

"Hey! Shut up!" Ellie hissed, her eyes serious and mean.

"You're gonna attract every walker for miles! Not making it easy for us to get out of here, because it's clear no one is there." Tucker agreed, the expression in his eyes mirrored his sister's to a T.

"Relax, we don't know that for sure." Rory spoke, wishing her children had inherited her disposition rather than their father's.

"There is no one in there! It's a dead end!" Elle shouted, looking around the group.

"We need to leave, we cannot be this close to the city at night." Tucker huffed.

"I hate how often I'm agreein' with these kids, who let these blonde bitches in here anyways?" Daryl snapped, firing his crossbow into the skull of a walker nearing the group.

"Daryl," Dale warned.

"No, we're stuck here because of him!" He turned his weapon to Rick.

"Hey! Hey, no blame. He made a call!" The elderly man spoke up again.
