Night 259
Dan stopped talking, looking over at the alpha who had asked the question in the first place not respond. Jaekyung had remained quiet and attentive throughout the whole story and, although he appreciated being listened, he couldn't brush off the feeling that he had overshared to him, despite only stating the basics of the first days.
He sighed upon feeling the alpha's pheromones on his body, paying close attention to him as his body relaxed for a moment, laying his head on the couch without looking away from the former fighter. Remembering all of what happened at the very beginning left him with an accumulated exhaustion, but he wanted to hear Jaekyung's day zero now.
―So? What's your story? ―he looked at him right on the eyes.
―I don't think it was as dramatic as yours...
―Mine wasn't dramatic... it's just the way it was...―he whispered as his head bobbed again, trying to not fall asleep. He slowly put his head down onto the shoulder he just helped rehabilitate, paying close attention to the alpha's body movements. "Must be the pheromones acting up..."―Come on hero man... tell me...
―Fine, Fine...―Jaekyung mentioned as he looked over at Potato and then at Dan, who although he personally was weirded out by this attitude, he was glad to not be slapped this time upon his nearness. ―We were at the gym, all of us and some other who are dead now, well, except Heesung, he wasn't with me the very first day...

Day Zero.
―Hold the fucking bag, Potato, God fucking dammit.
―Sorry, hyung!
The youngest fighter was running over the place, going from cleaning the floor to helping the trainers with whatever they needed. Coach Yosep was going up and down throughout the training floor as well, waiting for Coach Namwook and a few of the fighters to come back to the gym so they could walk over some of the strategies for the upcoming fights.
To handle the fighters and a gym was one thing, but to handle an upset Jaekyung when he's supposed to be planning matches and instead he's fighting a sandbag held by the youngest of the gym was a completely and more complicated thing. Namwook is usually the one to keep him in control, but now that he isn't here this alpha's a mess.
―Coach! When is Coach Namwook arriving? ―Jaekyung grunted.
―I have no idea, Jaekyung... Jesus Christ, you need some patience, boy. ―he frowned, looking at him in the eyes as he finished punching the bag for the thousandth time that day.
―Perhaps you'll learn some when you get a wifey. ―Daehyun joked, trying to lighten up the mood in the room.
―Oh please, there's no one on my level out there. ―Jaekyung grunted.
―Don't be so conceited. ―Yosep reprimanded him. ―When Heesung gets here I'll tell him to call up that omega friend of his from the other day...
―Ugh, please don't... ―he rolled his eyes as he remembered that stupid actor and his even more stupider friend.―I'd rather die than stand next to a pretentious bastard like that again...
―Ain't that right? ―Yosep looked over at the fighter, focusing on him as he processed those words.
―Come on Coach, there's no one good enough for me. ―he said as he scoffed, preparing to fight Daehyun as a substitute for the sandbag until Namwook came back.
