―Dan? Are you home? It took me some time to find you, you're really hard to track...―the recessive alpha said from the other side of the door. ―I'm sorry, come back to the camp!

Dan grunted upon hearing his voice, looking through the peephole. He could see Tae-Kwan standing right outside of the door by himself, looking around the area as if he feared of the monsters that surely lurked around here. He knocked back on the door over and over, waiting for someone to open.

He wouldn't have, but if he keeps making this so much noise he'll attract unwanted attention. "He's so stupid." Dan picked up his bat, approaching the door once again as he slowly opened it, only letting half of his face seen through it. Tae-Kwan let out a sigh of relief, getting closer to the door but Dan huffed, showing him the bat.

―Get closer and it'll go straight to your head.

―Babe, come back... I talked with Junmin, he'll...

―Don't 'babe' me, you are no one to call me that.

―Dan, please, you can't be alone in here, it's dangerous and your kid...

The omega's eyes got filled with hurt, looking somewhere else as he mentioned Siu. He looked at Tae-Kwan as the recessive alpha took some steps back.

―Why do you care? Did your boyfriend Junmin told you to?

―I care because I love you, Dan.

Dan scoffed, opening up the door a little more. ―You don't love me... it took me a long time to realize that, but you just loved to feel like you were someone by having me on your side...

―Dan, just come back with me, I'm sure we can figure this out...

―You shit talked me with babies, cradles, a family and everything, all so I wouldn't leave you. And now look at you. ―Dan grunted, tightening his grip on the bat. ―You are the most pathetic man to have ever lived, and no amount of omegas on your side will ever change that.

The recessive alpha widened his eyes, grunting softly.

―Junmin tainted you and you got that attitude? He's going to forgive you, let you live there, and you're an ungrateful piece of shit, Dan.

―Why would I go live with my abuser? ―Dan grunted. ―Get out of here, Tae-Kwan.

―I know where you live. If you don't come with me, I'll bring him over so you both can talk.

Dan widened his eyes, feeling a shiver of fear run through his whole body. Junmin doesn't know where he lives, but Tae-Kwan would be willing to do anything to be on his good side.

―I miscarried. You can go and tell him that, so he and I have nothing to talk about.

―Dan stop with this bullshit! You're coming back with me, that's final!

In a sudden move, Tae-Kwan grabbed his hand and pulled him out of the house, practically dragging him down the street. Dan yelped in pain, pulling back from him as the alpha kept on moving, completely hypnotized by the desire of being recognized by a dominant alpha.
