Late Evening, Day 280
Jaekyung grunted as an undead alpha pounded him against a wall, feeling a throbbing pain on his arm when his body clashed against a broken piece of wood. His fist quickly found home in the alpha's temple before throwing it to the ground and stomping on his head, huffing and scraping his boot against the ground to clean off the blood. A pulsing feeling made him look at the injury, clicking his tongue in annoyance upon the sight of an open wound with some splinters around it.
Heesung and Daehyun approached him after getting rid of other roamers outside of this new hiding spot where they would spend the night, looking horrified at the injury in his arm.
―Shit! You got scratched by that thing?
―No, the bastard pushed me and I got cut. ―he grunted, looking at his blood. ―Not that much of a deal.
―Fine, then... Got any splinters?
―Some, but I'll get them out.
―Better do it inside. ―Daehyun nodded, looking at the blood. ―Dan's already picking the lock.
―Then lets go.

Seungho looked at Sanghyun as he changed his diaper, grateful inside for Dan helping him out with preparing his son a bottle for his dinner. Normally, he would've asked Nakyum for help, but his husband was so tired after a long day of walking and he had promised him he would take care of him and not bother him in the mean-time, so that's what he's doing, bothering Dan instead.
As soon as Sanghyun was settled and eating peacefully in his dad's arms, Dan helped Nakyum set up the stove in this country house, passing him some of the canned goods so he could mix it up in some sort of porridge.
―When I presented, I was so sick my noona made me chicken soup. ―Nakyum smiled softly, looking at the thing he was making. ―I'd kill for one right one, not going to lie.
―Yeah, my grandma was really worried when I got mine too. ―he nodded. ―She thought I was about to die and we even went to the doctor to check me up, but it was just me presenting.
―Yeah... So how old were you on your first official heat? ―Nakyum suddenly asked. Depending on his answer he'd have a clearer view of what kind of omega Dan is, as recessives are often late bloomers.
―Uh, why are you asking that? ―Dan immediately blushed.
―Just... omega talk. ―he giggled nervously. ―Why?
―Oh no, nothing... I mean, you don't need to know that...
―True, true. Sorry.
Dan bit the inside of his cheek, paying close attention to the porridge as he excused himself, going over to Heesung and see how else he can help but he quickly noticed a soft grunting coming from behind the couch. Raising his eyebrow, he held tight his bat, approaching the area carefully only to see Jaekyung sitting there, taking out some splinters off of his arm with a tweezer he found in the bathroom.
―You got hurt?
―Yeah, a fucker pushed me to some wood...
