The next day, Rose awoke to the sun streaming brightly through the window. Blinking against the sudden onslaught of light, she closed her eyes briefly before opening them again, allowing herself to gradually adjust. It had been a night of peaceful sleep, a welcome reprieve from the restlessness that had plagued her in recent days.

With renewed energy, Rose wasted no time in getting out of bed and preparing breakfast. As she moved about the kitchen, a small voice in the back of her mind screamed danger, a warning that sent a shiver down her spine. Brushing off the feeling as irrational paranoia, she continued with her morning routine, determined not to let fear dictate her actions.

In an effort to distract herself, Rose turned to her memory cards, shuffling through them absentmindedly as she sipped on her medicine. Yet, despite her best efforts to quell the unease gnawing at her, the feeling persisted, refusing to be ignored.

Taking a deep breath, Rose tried to steady her nerves, reminding herself that she was safe within the confines of her own home. But as the shadows danced ominously on the walls, she couldn't shake the unsettling feeling that lingered in the air, a silent reminder that danger may be closer than she dared to imagine.

Not knowing what to do she went to look for her magazine she had recently bought. After seeing exercising was good she decided she was going for a run. She still had 2 days before reporting back to work.

As Rose laced up her running shoes and stepped outside, the cool morning air greeted her with a refreshing embrace. With each stride, she felt the rhythmic pounding of her feet against the pavement, a steady cadence that echoed the beat of her heart.

The world around her seemed to blur as she picked up speed, her surroundings becoming a mere backdrop to the pulsing energy coursing through her veins. The gentle breeze whispered through the trees, carrying the scent of freshly cut grass and blooming flowers.

With each inhale, Rose felt the crisp air fill her lungs, invigorating her body with renewed vitality. As she pushed herself forward, the worries and doubts that had weighed heavily on her mind began to fade into the distance, replaced by a sense of freedom and clarity.

The rhythmic thud of her footsteps echoed in her ears, a soothing melody that propelled her forward with each passing moment. With each stride, she felt a sense of liberation wash over her, as if she were breaking free from the constraints of her own thoughts and fears.

As she continued to run, the world around her seemed to come alive with vibrant energy, each step carrying her further along the path of self-discovery and renewal. And as the sun rose higher in the sky, casting its golden rays upon her, Rose felt a sense of empowerment swell within her, knowing that with each step she took, she was one step closer to finding the strength and resilience to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

As Rose pounded the pavement beneath her feet, a sense of déjà vu washed over her. As she ran, Rose couldn't shake the feeling that she had done this before. The rush of wind against her skin, the steady rhythm of her breath, all felt strangely comforting, as if she were returning home after a long absence.  Rose realized with a start that she must have run these streets before, that this familiar sensation was not just a trick of her imagination.

As Rose came to a stop, her breath coming in ragged gasps, she couldn't help but feel a pang of frustration at her lack of endurance. The realization that she was out of shape weighed heavily on her, threatening to dampen her spirits. But as she took a moment to catch her breath, she made a conscious decision not to be so hard on herself.

As Rose entered the store, her focus on replenishing her water supply, she collided with a man about her age. With a gasp, he quickly reached out to steady her, his strong arms wrapping around her to prevent her from falling.
