The next day, Rose, barely having slept, dragged herself out of bed earlier than usual. She grabbed some fruit for breakfast, her movements sluggish, her eyes heavy with dark shadows betraying her restless night. Despite her exhaustion, she pushed herself to focus solely on her job.

Arriving at work earlier than anyone else, Rose hurried to her office, her mind already buzzing with the tasks ahead. She wasted no time diving into the case files of her team. One name stood out: Mia Perez, an unresolved case with her boss as the main suspect. With a sense of determination, Rose located the coroner's department and dialed the number.

"Good morning, Detective Hansley, badge 36662," she greeted when the call connected.

"Good morning, this is the department of Coroner Hailey," came the reply from the other end.

"I wanted to see if you could pull up the cause of death for Mia Perez's case, A15686," Rose requested, her voice tinged with urgency.

"Give me a minute," the coroner replied. "I'll be faxing it over to you."

The call ended, and after a few tense minutes, Rose reached her fax machine. As she scanned the documents that came through, her heart sank at the chilling revelation: Mia Perez had been strangled with a cord on June 3, 2002. Time of death around 7 pm.

Determined to crack the case, Rose delved into the interrogation records. She meticulously reviewed each interview, searching for any shred of evidence that could lead to the killer's identity.

As she pored over the transcripts, Rose's mind raced, piecing together the puzzle of Mia's murder. The interrogation with Mia's friends painted a vivid picture of her life and relationships. Each word, each detail, captured Rose's attention, pulling her deeper into the investigation.

As Rose delved deeper into the interrogation transcript and made meticulous notes, she felt an inexplicable surge of clarity wash over her. It was as if her mind had been infused with a newfound sense of focus and precision. With each word she read, her brain seemed to trace invisible lines, connecting dots that had previously eluded her.

As she analyzed the details of the case, a strange sensation coursed through her, tingling at the edges of her consciousness. It was as though a veil had been lifted from her eyes, revealing hidden patterns and insights that she had never before perceived.

In that moment, Rose's perception seemed to transcend the limitations of ordinary human cognition. It was as if a mystical force had imbued her with a heightened awareness, transforming her very thoughts.

With this newfound clarity, Rose's ability to process information became almost supernatural. She absorbed every detail with uncanny precision, her mind working at a pace that seemed almost otherworldly.

While Rose continued reading a specific interrgogation caught her, the wife of Mia's boss.

Detective: Good morning, Lisa. Thank you for coming in today. We're just going to ask you a few questions about your relationship with Mia Perez.

Lisa: Of course, Detective. I'll do whatever I can to help.

Detective: Great. Now, can you tell us about your whereabouts on the night of June 3, 2002?

Lisa: Sure. That night, I was at home with my husband. We had dinner together, and then we watched a movie. It was just a regular night for us.

Detective: And your husband can confirm this?

Lisa: Yes, absolutely. He was with me the whole time.

Detective: Okay, thank you. Now, let's talk about your relationship with Mia. How would you describe it?
