Chapter 45- Her Confession

Where the hell was this woman? She was going to drive me crazy with worry. I've been searching around for her but so far I've been unsuccessful in finding her.

“ Katherine! Katherine!" I called but still got no answer. I ran my fingers through my hair trying to calm myself.

“ Kath…” I stopped to listen when I heard a sound. It sounded like someone was retching their guts out.

I quickly followed the sound and there she was holding her stomach and throwing up.

" Katherine,” I called as I quickly rushed to her. I held her shoulders to help her up but she pushed my hands away.

“ What a pleasant surprise," She said as she looked at me with half closed, half opened eyes, she looked wasted. I've known her to be weak when it comes to alcohol, I wonder just how much she drank.

“ Here comes the master of them all, here comes the heartbreaker," She said as she started clapping and then tried to stand up but she fell right back.

“ Don't you dare touch me, don't…you… dare, “ She said, emphasizing the words as I tried to help her again.

“ I'm just trying to help you, I want to take you home,” I tried to reason with her but she turned to me glaring at me as she slowly stood on shaky legs clapping her hands when she stood without falling and I found it cute.

" I'm not going anywhere with you, leave me alone," She said as she staggered but held herself before she could fall to the ground.

“ You're drunk Katherine let's go," I said as I carefully reached my hands for her but she moved back.

“ Stop sounding like that, stop sounding like you fucking care about me, leave me alone! I want to be alone!" She shouted and I noticed tears begin to form in her eyes.

“ Fuck, I didn't mean to upset you," I said. Seeing her like this was tearing at my heart.

“ Katherine, just let me take you home. It's not safe to be here, it's getting cold and you're going to get sick, please," I said and she looked at me in disbelief like she couldn't believe her ears.

“ You think you can fool me, you think I'm going to fall for that when all you want is to get this easy fuck in bed," She said and I looked at her, confused at her words, where was this coming from?

“ What do you mean Katherine?" I asked.

She scoffed as she looked around as if she was finding something.

“ Where's it, where's the bottle?" She still wanted to drink?

" Katherine I said…"

“ I said don't fucking touch me! Don't," She warned as she pulled away when I tried to hold her.

“ I need to understand what you just said,” She was drunk, what was I even thinking? I'm sure she was spewing rubbish in her drunken state.

" They all act innocent, clueless,”

" What are you saying? Katherine you're drunk, we should…”

“ Stop asking me stupid questions Andrew, Katherine is nothing to me, she's nothing more than a good fuck, she asked to be fucked and I gave her that, stop making up fairy tales where there's none,” She said and it seemed like my heart stopped as I looked at her with wide eyes.

I remember those words because I said them, how was she able to remember every single word like she had a special place in her brain specially for those words.

I didn't know what to say, now I understand the reason for her sudden change back then, because of what she heard. I'm so stupid, I don't know why I would spew something like that from my mouth.

She was drunk, not like I could explain myself to her right now.

“ I know you don't want me touching you, but I have to help you, we have to leave, it's getting really cold, okay," I said but she shook her head and moved away from me.

“ No, stay away from me, you're not going to have me in your trap again," She said as she pushed her hands forward like it would magically push me away. If not for the situation I would have laughed.

“ Katherine, you're being stubborn," I said.

“ Wait, I'm trying to get one to leave me alone and now there's three of them, what did I ever do to deserve this?" She said and she looked like she would pass out any moment.

She staggered and was about to fall but I quickly held her.

" I've got you,” I said as she looked up at me with sleepy eyes.

" Why wouldn't you just leave me alone,” She whispered before she passed out in my arms.

" That's because I can't,”
