Chapter 104- The Pain

" You're crazy that's not going to happen, I didn't ask your sister to commit suicide because of a man!” I shouted as she pointed the gun at Debbie.

" Well, I didn't ask your sister to be related to you,” She said and I turned to George who was smiling and enjoying everything.

" What is your gain in this George?” I asked and he just shrugged.

“ Well, she paid me well, how can I refuse? She wanted someone from your roots who you wouldn't suspect, but I guess you still did but anyways I did my part, it still works for me." He said.

“ You do know that if you get arrested you'll be spending a long time in prison,"

“ As you said if, which I know isn't going to happen, that woman there is a genius, the way she played with you all right under your noses and none of you suspected a thing, she deserves an award," He said.

" Enough talking, go on, climb now,” she said as she pointed the gun at me while George pointed one at Debbie.

I did as she said and slowly walked to where she asked me to climb. My heart couldn't help but skip as I looked down. If anyone jumped from here that would be the end.

And I wasn't ready to die. I still had so much to do, places to go to.

“ Good girl, climb! Stop wasting my time, I have to say hi to someone," She commanded as I climbed the rooftop edge. I refused to look down.

“ Now, let's call lover boy, shall we,"

“ Anita, why are you calling me at this time? What do you want?" I asked as soon as I picked the call.

" Nothing Sir, there's just someone that wants to say hi before she dies,” She said and I scrunched my brows in confusion.

" Are you drunk? What are you talking about?” I asked as I pulled my phone from my ear and quickly checked her location, she wasn't at a club. What the hell was she doing at the Old Rock building at this time?

“ I have something to show you sir, I'm switching to video call,” She said as she switched and the sight before me made me shocked and confused at the same time.

“ What is going on Anita? Why the fuck is Katherine standing on the edge of a rooftop?" I asked as I handed my keys to Fredrick and quickly entered the car.

He started the car and drove us out of the mansion.

“ There's no need for you to come here Mr. Vincenzo, by the time you're here, your sweet girl would be kissing the ground, just like my sister was." She said,

“ What are you talking about Anita? I'm lost,"

“ How wouldn't you be lost! When all you knew how to do was get lost in between a woman's legs. You bastard!" She snapped.

" You have to calm down, we can talk about this in a more civilized way,” I said although I didn't even know what she was talking about, I was as confused as the day I was born.

" Let's talk in a civilized way? That's funny. There's no way out of this for you, you asked for this and that's what I'm going to give. By the time you reach this building to see the woman you love deformed with broken bones and blood covering her then you'll understand how I felt that day. The pain and agony I felt, you'll experience everything,"
