Chapter 5- Chaos

" I don't understand you ma'am, what do you mean by there's nothing you can do? This is just a letter and all I'm asking is for you to say no you don't want me, why is that so hard to do, please," I begged and all she did was look at me like I was wasting my time.

" I've told you, Miss, there's nothing I can do for you, you should be happy to be doing your internship in our company, I don't know why you're making a fuss about the matter," Really? What gave her the right to say that? They could bring their mothers, sisters, cousins, aunties, whoever but not me, I don't want anything to do with this company or the owner.

This left me no choice, I had to speak to their boss.

" I want to see your boss," I said and the woman looked at me like I had gone crazy, they didn't understand what was happening to me, none of them understood, and they didn't understand that I was scared, I couldn't face a man who I've spent countless times beneath him as he pleasures me, I was scared that seeing him too often would make me want things and I couldn't do that to Eddy or myself.

" I'm sorry but our boss is a very busy man, you can't see him without an appointment," She said, if that was the case then I didn't need to sit down here anymore.

" Then I'd better go book an appointment," I said as I stood up and took my letter.

" Thank you for your time,"

" You know it's not as bad…" I didn't let her finish, I walked out the door.

No way would I work here, I'd have to see him, Id have to look at him, I couldn't, he made me weak, no matter how hard I fought myself, I know that the moment I started seeing him, the memories of the wild pleasure filled night would start filling my head, I was doing this for my sanity.

I love Eddy, I'm okay with him and I refused to let a hot pants-dripping man ruin that for me, and I can't forget the fact that all those times I thought he liked me, I was nothing more than an easy fuck to him.

I can't forgive that, never.

I reached the reception and the reception looked at me in confusion wondering why I was back.

" Uhm did you miss your way and was unable to find the office?" She asked

" No, I'm here to book an appointment,"

" An appointment with who?" I was losing my cool, I could feel it, and I would soon flare up. I took deep breaths in and she just watched me.

" Your Boss, the owner of this company," This company looks like the type of company that had a boss's boss, so I had to clarify which boss I wanted to see.

" Why would you want to see him? I thought you told me you were here for your internship and I told you to meet the supervisor, do you think our boss has the luxury of time to see just anyone?" Okay, she was suddenly getting on my nerves and I was done being cool.

" I don't care how you'll do it but I'm saying I want to see your boss, right now," I was angry, I could feel my heart beating so fast like it would pull out.

" I'm sorry but I can't do that, our boss doesn't have time, I'm afraid you'll have to leave," She can't be serious.

" You didn't hear me, did you? I said I don't care how you will do it but I want to see him, like right now," I said and she shook her head before picking up her telephone, I thought she was going to do as I said but instead, she called security.

" Security please can you come to the reception, a lady is causing trouble, thank you,"

" Are you serious? I'm causing trouble?! It's just a simple request, I want to see your boss, you didn't even call his office to know if he's available to see me, do you think I'm a joke or something?" She didn't even answer me,

" I'm talking to you," Silence,

" That's her," She says and I turned to see security almost close to me.

" I can't believe you're doing this, this is insane,"

" Ma'am, you're not the first woman to come here and demand to see the boss, we all know what they want and our boss has strictly warned us about letting any woman come up to his office,"

" I showed you a fucking letter…get your hands off me," I said to the security…

" I showed you a letter with my school logo, are you dumb or something,"

" Please ma'am I'm afraid you'll have to leave,"

" I'm not leaving this place until I see your boss," I said as I folded my hand standing my ground.

" You have to leave or else we'll be forced to use force against you, I'm warning you," One of the officers said, then they didn't know me, but I'd made up my mind and I'm not leaving here.

" You leave us no choice," Without warning the man held my hand and started dragging me out.

" Hey stop it, you're harassing me,...is that how you treat people here? Stop," I said as I tried to get out of his grip but it only tightened.

" Hey! Stop it! What's happening?" A woman suddenly asked and they immediately left me.

She quickly rushed to me as the security straightened.

" What's going on? Why are you guys dragging her like that?" She asked

" She was causing trouble, ma'am, we just wanted her to leave,"

" And you thought dragging her was the best?" She asked

" But ma'am she wouldn't cooperate when we asked her to leave," One of them complained and I glared at him.

" Go, I'll take care of her," She said as they gave a light bow before walking off.

" Why are you here?" The lady asked as she raised her brows at me.

" See, I'm not here to cause trouble, I'm just here to see your boss, it's important,"

" Then you're lucky,"

" What do you mean?" I asked in confusion.

" He's right behind you,"
