Bonus Chapter

My vomiting didn't stop, I took it as maybe it was stress from the graduation and the wedding but it was just getting too much.

“ I'm calling the doctor, you've been telling me you're okay for the past two days, I don't know why I even listened to you," My husband said as he brought out his phone to call the doctor and I just removed my face from him as I made myself comfortable on the bed.

It didn't take up to twenty minutes, we heard a knock on the door and the doctor walked in.

“ Mr. Vincenzo, Mrs. Vincenzo,” Oh that name, I love it.

" My wife has been throwing up just too much for the past three days and she has refused to see a doctor, please help me check her,” My husband said.

“ I'll do that," he said as he started bringing out things I didn't care to name.

“ Can you tell me how you've been feeling?" He asked.

“ Angry," I said and the doctor chuckled.

" I mean how your body has been reacting,” he said.

" I know, I've been feeling angry and my stomach keeps churning and sometimes the world spins,”

" And yet you keep saying you're fine," My husband said with a shake of his head.

The doctor checked my vitals, my eyes and then he passed me a pregnancy test kit and I looked at him in confusion.

“ We can never know," The doctor said with a shrug.

I closed my mouth that was open and took it from him as I slowly got up from the bed, Luca just watched me quietly like he was too shocked at the possibility that I might be pregnant.

I walked into the bathroom as I peed and then dipped the pregnancy test kit into my pee as I kept it on the counter as my heart beat in my chest.

I closed my eyes, refusing to look, afraid that my happiness was for nothing.

But when I finally decided to open my eyes, I gasped as my hand went to my mouth in shock.

We're going to be parents, we're going to be parents!

I took the test and rushed out of the bathroom.

I think from my face the doctor already knew the result.

“ Well congratulations Mr. and Mrs Vincenzo, please do well to come to the hospital." he said before he took his things and excused us.

Luca hasn't said a word and I was worried that he might not be ready to be a father.

" Luca,” I called as I watched him slowly sit on the bed like a man in shock and then suddenly his eyes filled with tears.

" Baby,” I quickly rushed to him as I sat on his lap and hugged him.

" I'm sorry the baby came too soon,” I said and he looked up at me with admiration.

" You're sorry? For what? That you made me the happiest man on earth, I just got made a husband and now I'll be a father, a father! Yes!” He said as he hugged me and then he kissed me.

" I'm happy! I'm happy! You have no idea how happy I am, we're going to be parents,” And here I was getting worried for nothing. You know for a moment he almost scared me.

“ I love you, I love you so much,"

“ I love you too, forever,"

“ I hate you! I swear I'll kill you!" I screamed in pain trying to bring our child to the world.

“ I'll kill you, don't you dare bring that thing near me again I'll cut it," I screamed as I felt pain go through my entire body.

With all the curses and death threats, Luca didn't leave me, he just held my hand giving me sweet and encouraging words to bring our child to the world.

" You've got this my love,"

“ Don't call me your love, don't call me your love," I cried as I fell down on the bed in exhaustion.

“ Just a little more Mrs Vincenzo, just a little more," The doctor encouraged.

“ You've got this," Luca said as he removed my hair from my face.

I looked at him, seeing the love that shone in his eyes. I did my best, I put all my energy into pushing, God this was so hard.

I pushed and pushed until I heard the long awaited cry.

The cry of our child.

“ She's so pretty," I heard the doctor say as she passed the baby to the nurse to clean her.

“ You did it," Luca said as he kissed my forehead. He smiled at me before looking at the nurse holding our child and then when the nurse was done she brought the child to us.

Luca took her from the nurse and gently placed her in my arms.

“ I'm so lucky, now I have three beautiful girls in my life, I'm a blessed man,” He said as he admired our little bundle of joy.

" Hi baby, daddy loves you,” he said and she made a cute little noise and Luca chuckled.

" I know you love me too,” He said as he touched her small hand.

" What are we going to call her,” he asked as he looked at me.

" Your mom's name and my mom's name,” I said and I saw something shine in his eyes. He looked content, happy and nothing would steal that shine. Nothing.

" Kiara Elena Vincenzo,” he whispered.

" Yes,”

We were complete, we were happy and nothing can steal that from me.
