I dwell in a realm alien to your own,
Where windows are scarce and hues are unknown,
In this world of mine, gazes speak louder than speech,
While lips deceive with smiles, truth out of reach.
Here, love is folly, a fool's errand deemed,
While deceit is embraced, as if it were deemed,
In a world so foreign, where outcasts thrive,
Bearing their exile as a badge to survive.
Day by day, it devours me whole,
This realm where shadows swallow my soul,
My colors fade, as darkness prevails,
And my mind, adrift, in sorrow's gales.
With each passing moment, the pieces scatter,
And with them, my joy, my hope, they shatter,
In this world so stark, where difference is scorned,
I'm left to wander, a wanderer forlorn.
