In the abyss of my soul, hatred brews,
A venomous rage, with every heartbeat it stews,
Love, a distant memory, twisted and marred,
Consumed by anger, in this darkness charred.
Hope, a flickering flame, barely alive,
In the cold embrace of indifference, it strives,
Pain, a constant companion, gnawing at my core,
A silent scream, in the depths I explore.
Yet amidst the chaos, a whisper of light,
A fragment of love, shining bright,
In the midst of hatred, anger, and despair,
A glimmer of hope, beyond compare.
For even in darkness, there's a sliver of grace,
A chance for redemption, in this desolate space,
And though I may stumble, and fall along the way,
I'll cling to that hope, until the break of day.
