Every night in my dreams, I'm trapped in darkness deep,
Surrounded by memories, they haunt me as I sleep,
Water laps at my feet, a chilling sensation creeps,
Through my veins, as loneliness its hold on me keeps.
This pain grows stronger, as I struggle to break free,
From the grip of despair, that binds me, you see,
What meaning in this life, if suffering's all I've known?
Is there hope for love, or am I meant to be alone?
Must I take risks, venture into the unknown,
To find happiness, in a world so overthrown?
Or will I once more, find myself submerged in this hole,
Unable to escape, losing sight of my soul's goal?
But amidst the darkness, a glimmer of light,
A whisper of hope, in the depths of the night,
For even in the darkest hour, there lies a spark,
A chance for redemption, to mend a broken heart.
So, I'll cling to that hope, as I face the unknown,
For in the depths of despair, seeds of hope are sown,
And though the journey may be fraught with pain,
I'll rise from the darkness and find light again.
