"i beg you, get them off of my ass or I'll kill myself," atsumu whined, holding his hands as if he was praying to kuroo.
kuroo stood on the other side of the desk, arms crossed on his chest, wondering what he had done in life to deserve such an awful team to promote to the olympics. they were a constant problem and a pain in the ass.
"it's all your fault," sakusa huffed, turning his head to the other side to avoid seeing how pathetic miya was acting.
kuroo believed that sport circles were a relatively no-drama environment, however, it turns out that his team has recently consisted of more celebrities than athletes. and they couldn't wait to get inside their house and start doing- kuroo didn't even look at the paparazzi photos sent to their divisio, the journalist's description was enough.
they were trying to cut a deal in which they either post the pictures on their website or their company would be exclusively responsible for documenting the team's journey through the olympics (extra interviews, extra photoshoots, and their journalists would be taken to travel with the team), which kuroo couldn't allow because if they were camping under sakusa's house to take photos like this and blackmail them, imagine what kind of photos they could take while being with the team 24/7 during the olympics.
"my fault? now it is my fault? i wasn't the one who-"
"i don't need to know," kuroo cut in. "i'll call my best man for the job, alright?"
"thank you," sakusa said politely, while atsumu continued to furrow his brow, still offended that kuroo stopped him from speaking.
less than half an hour later, with atsumu trying to soothe the atmosphere around them and kuroo praying for him to be quiet just for a moment (he didn't say it aloud because he liked atsumu most of the time and didn't want him to be sad, since he was already in distress), the doors to the office opened to reveal a woman dressed in an elegant black and white dress with a small girl held on her hip.
how did yn manage to hold their baby while wearing heels? kuroo couldn't seem to understand, but he was consistently impressed.
"what are you doing here?" kuroo smiled broadly at his daughter and took her into his arms from yn, who gave him a quick kiss on the cheek. her lipstick had transferred, judging by how quickly she attempted to wipe his skin afterward.
"i was working with mommy," she said proudly.
"she was supposed to be in daycare, but half of the kids there were coughing and i wasn't about to risk it, so we had a girls day in my office," yn explained, pinching the little girl's cheek, who giggled at the gesture before turning to the reason for their meeting. "what have they done?"
"that's your best man?" sakusa asked, kicking atsumu under the desk, he was getting baby fever every time he saw a small child, and he was not about to engage in a conversation about children for the hundredth time.
"the bestest you could get." kuroo went to his computer and opened an email for yn to read. she took a seat in his chair and read the contents.
"it's ten in the morning, and you're making me look at these photos? you're such a romantic," yn sighed and leaned back in her chair.
"i wanna see!" their daughter exclaimed, barely containing her excitement.
yn and kuroo shot each other panicked glances. atsumu turned pale and sakusa put hand over his lips.
"how about we let mom work and we will go see how uncle bokuto is playing, hm?"
"i miss uncle bokuto," she whined, hugging her face to her dad's shoulder.
thank god for bokuto and how much his daughter loved him. he had no idea how much he helped them get out of the most awkward situations. if anything went wrong, all they had to do was mention him, and everything else disappeared.
"call me when you're done, i love you," kuroo said, giving a thumbs up to atsumu and sakusa.
"i will, i love you too," yn replied, clearing her throat before turning her gaze to two volleyball players who were slowly sinking into their seats. "are you both stupid? doing things like that outdoors? you're lucky that tetsurō called me."

i wondered what should i write for last chapter of this story, but i decided that showing that yn and kuroo have a happy life together is the best option, and i thought that giving them a kid will show how much easier life got for yn since she met kuroo, because he's a good dad and good husband and their responsibilities are shared, so having family with him is never tiring, she never feels like she's alone with it:]
and if you don't like kids, just think about it that way: dilf kuroo in a suit with hot milf businesswoman wife
thank you all for reading, i loved all of your comments and i'm so gratefull for every star
i hope i will see you soon under my next story<3
