As Jim lies down on his stomach as Doctor Callahan prepares himself to walk through the procedure. "Will the procedure hurt me"Jim asks. "You won't feel a thing but after it's done you'll feel tender and be sore for a few days but it's the only way we'll know how bad the Cancer"Doctor Callahan says. "We've got to do it twice one for each kidney"Callahan says. "What do you want me to do"Jim asks. "I need you to lie completely still for me as I do it"Callahan asks. "Of course"Jim says. As Jim is lying completely still on his stomach as Doctor Callahan picks up the first thing needle and inserts it into the right hand side Kidney then he does exactly the same to the left Kidney and now thats done he sends them both off to be tested and then Doctor Callahan can talk to Jim about any questions he as.
"Jim the procedure is done and is there any questions you want to ask"Callahan asks. "There is some questions that I want to ask"Jim says. "Go ahead Jim"Callahan said. "One of the questions is how long will it take for the results to come back"Jim asks. "Uptown 24 hours we will give you a call when the results have come back"Callahan says. "Thanks"Jim says. "What's your other questions"Callahan asks. "Will my work be affected"Jim asks. "I think you need to put your work to one side until you're fit and healthy"Callahan says. "Okay doctor another question I've got right now is will I be able to leave the hospital for fresh air"Jim asks. "You'll have to stay here for the night till we get your biopsy results back but you can go out for fresh air"Callahan says.
While Doctor Callahan wheels Jim back to his room for the night downstairs Violet is wondering why she has to stay with Gabby and Matt beside Louie. "Uncle Matt when can I go back to see my mom and stepdad"Violet asks. "Why don't we go to the cafe to get something to eat"Matt says. "I'll come with you too I need a break"Gabby says.
