"Its now the next morning and its a big day for someone who's getting out of the hospital as the clock is 8am Christie as woken up early hoping that Doctor Halstead comes to see her first on his rounds before heading to the the ER. As Christie and Sean are waiting over at The Casey house Andrea as just been fed and changed and with Jim still fast asleep Violet sits beside his bed while looking at the list that her dad wrote with the help of Matt and Gabby. "I know what we can do together thats not on the list"Violet said. As Violet writes it on the list her Uncle Matt is looking on as he stands outside. "Morning Uncle Matt how long have you been there"Violet asked. "Not long"Matt said. "I guess you heard what I said"Violet said. "Yes"Matt said.
"When can we do it"Violet asked. "Maybe in a couple of days once your dad has stopped being sick"Matt said. "I guess we need to draw it out first"Violet said. "Thats right Violet"Matt said. "Then you'll know how much stuff to buy"Violet said. "Yes indeed"Matt said. As Gabby is cooking breakfast for everyone as they wait for a call from Christie and Sean to say they're home and from Doctor Rhodes regarding their son Louie. While back at the hospital Doctor Will Halstead has started his shift and his first patient is getting Christie Casey discharged. Now that Doctor Halstead has arrived at the room he walks right in and. "Morning Christie how are you feeling right now"Halstead asks. "I'm feeling great just happy that the day has finally arrived for me to get out of here"Christie said.
"Thats why I'm here for to get you discouraged"Doctor Halstead said. "Yea I'm soo happy"Christie said as she was cheering with her arms n the air. "Theres strict rules for you to follow when you get home and you need to follow them"Doctor Halstead said. "I'll follow them whatever I need to do so I don't end back here in. Hospital bed"Christie says. "I've wrote everything down for you so you don't forget anything especially when it comes to your medication"Halstead said. "Thanks"Sean said. "Remember to have your medication once a day"Doctor Halstead says. "I won't forget"Christie said. "Well here's your medication and leaflet ready for you once you've signed the discharge papers"Halstead says. "Give me the papers please"Christie asks.
As Christie's signed the papers which mean that she's no longer a patient and Christie is happy that she's allowed to walk around whenever she wants to. "Thanks Doctor for everything you've don"Sean says. "No problem its what we do"Doctor Halstead said as he left the room. "Shall we get home"Sean asks. "Can we visit our nephew Louie before we leave the hospital"Christie says. "Of course we can go and visit our nephew Louie he'll be thrilled to see you"Sean said. "Let's got hen"Christie said. As Christie gets off the bed and starts walking properly for the first time using her new prosthetic limbs as fiance Sean carries the bags and other stuff along the corridor they arrive at the ward 10 minutes later they reach the door and Sean opens it.
"Hello Auntie Christie"Louie says. "I've missed you loads buddy"Christie said. "Were not staying for long as Auntie Christie as got strict rules to follow"Sean said. "Thats okay"Louie said "Louie's got to eat his breakfast before his physiotherapist arrives"Camilla says. "Louie we'll be off now"Christie said. "Love you Auntie and Uncle"Louie say. "See you soon buddy"Christie and Sean both say. "Louie you better eat up"Camilla said. As Christie and Sean leave Louie with Nana and Grandad Dawson they head out the doors and leave the hospital. "Are you okay love"Christie said. "I know what you're saying its been a while since we've been together at one of our places"Sean says. "We need to enjoy being just the two of us"Christie says.
As Sean pulls up outside there house Christie opens the car door and she notices whats been done outside the front of the house. "Did you sort this out"Christie asks. "I had nothing to do with it"Sean says. "Okay"Christie said. "Let's get inside shall we"Sean said. "Yes please love"Christie says. As Sean unlocks the front door Christie walks up the ramp using the handrails that her brothers have done. "This is soo good all fresh and whats good for me"Christie said. "Why don't I get you on the sofa"Sean said. "I'll do it myself love"Christie said. "Okay love"Sean said. As Christie sits down on the sofa with Sean getting the bags out of the car is cell goes off and Sean manages to answer it and its his brother in law to be Matt Casey and sister in law to be Gabby.
"Hello Sean"Matt says. "I was just about to call you"Sean says. "I guess you've arrived home"Matt asks. "Yes we've just got inside the house"Sean says. "Is that my brother on the phone"Christie asks. "Yes it is"Sean says. "Put it on loudspeaker please"Christie says. "Sis are you there"Matt asks. "I'm here bro"Christie said. "Theres someone who wants to talk to you"Matt asks. "Mum welcome home whe you belong"Violet says. "Thanks love"Christie says. "When can I come over to see you both and talk to my sisters or brothers"Violet asks. "Maybe tonight when your dad's asleep"Christie says. "Okay mum"Violet said. "Your dad needs you at the moment and I've just got back from hospital after receiving bad injuries"Christie said. "Got it mom"Violet said. "Why don't you pass me back on to your Uncle please"Christie says.
"She wants to speak to you"Violet said. "Matt can you bring us some grocery's to cover is for the next few days today"Christie asks. "No problem sis just message me what you want and I'll grab them"Matt says. As the two siblings finish talking on there cells Christie writes a list of a few thing and sends it to her brother who's at home with is family. "Violet why don't you take your dad outside please"Matt asks. "Of course I can go outside the back"Violet said. As Violet gets her dads shoes on and then he grabs his jacket and he walks out of his room with his daughter Matt can speak to his wife Gabby. "Your sister sounded happy to be t home"Gabby says. "Yes Christie's happy to be finally home where she belongs"Matt says. "Oh yes just your mum to get put of the hospital"Gabby said. "Thats right baby"Matt says.
"I've got to go to the store for them both"Matt says. "Are you going now babe"Gabby asks. "Yes as they've got nothing in there cupboards"Matt said. "Can you grab a pack of diapers and some fruit for me"Gabby asks. "Of course I can I'll be 2 hours top"Matt said. As Matt leaves his wife daughter Andrea niece Violet and Jim he heads to the store where he grabs a loaf of bread some milk some fruit that he knows that his sister eats and some for his wife some frozen chicken strips in breadcrumbs 2 lots of meat joints a pack of potatoes and sone vegetables before going next door to grab some deserts. As Matt as done the errand for his sister an brother-in-law but before he leaves the area he grabs three bunches off flowers and he leaves the grocery store he has to do one thing before he calls at his sisters house.
For the past two hours Matt as been out shopping now he's dropping off two bunches of flowers on his dads grave while over at the Dawson house as the clock is drawing to midday and Eva's best friend Sophie as arrived and Brett answers it. "Hello there"Sophie asks. "My name is Brett have you come to see Eva"Brett asks. "Yes and my name is Sophie"Sophie says. As Eva walks down the hallway with her bag of clothes on her back and. "Eva will you be back tonight"Brett asks. "I'm not sure tell my dad that I've gone to see my friend Sophie and not to call me"Eva says. "Your mum would want you to call your dad"Brett said. "My mum is dead I can call my dad when I'm ready to and don't say what my mum would've said"Eva said. "Sorry Eva I'm really trying here"Brett says.
