As Antonio Dawson walks upstairs to the Intelligence Section while Matt's ready to dish up the Vegetable Soup as he calls his wife over. "Gabby babe can I have some help with the bread"Matt asks. "Of course I'll help you"Gabby says. "I'll dish the soup up as you cut the bread"Matt says. "No problem baby"Gabby says. "Violet why don't you put your stuff to one side as lunch is ready"Matt asks. As Violet puts the stuff away Matt and Gabby dishes up the soup and bread and now everyone can enjoy their lunch while over at the hospital Dr Simmonds is asking Christie loads of questions. "Christie the first question I'm gonna ask you is how are you feeling in yourself since being discharged"Dr Simmonds asks. "Do you want the truth Doctor"Christie says. "I'm happy to be finally home but"Christie says. "I sense that theres something wrong Christie"Doctor Simmonds says. "I feel guilty tho"Christie says. "What do you feel guilty about Christie"Dr Simmonds asks. "I've been discharged from hospital but my mon is still inside"Christie says. "Thats understandable Christie"Doctor Simmonds says. "Is it"Christie says. "How are you feeling Christie as you're 20 weeks pregnant"Doctor Simmonds asks. "I'm trying to focus on our twins and prepare myself physically and emotionally as I want to be the best mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend I can be"Christie says. "Let me check your BP and then we can do the important checks"Dr Simmonds says. "No problem Doctor"Christie says. While Doctor Simmonds does Christie's Blood Pressure over at the District Sergeant Hank Voight has been told something to do with Antonio. "Hello Sarge is everything okay"Antonio asks. "Not really"Voight said. "What is the matter boss"Antonio asks. "I know that you've been through a lot in the last week or so"Voight said. "If you need me back in work boss I'll be here"Antonio says. As Diego continues to talk to Brett about whats troubling him back at the hospital with Christie who's getting her prosthetic limbs all checked out. "Let me check your arm first"Doctor Simmonds says. "Thats good enough for me Doctor"Christie says. As Doctor Simmonds takes Christie's left prosthetic off and. "Your arm looks good doesn't seem to be getting worse"Doctor Simmonds says. "Thats great"Sean says. "Now onto your leg prosthetics now"Simmonds said. As Doctor Simmonds takes Christie's legs off and. "All appear to be good Christie your keeping your stumps clean away from infection and if your doing what you've been told I can say that your next meeting with me can be in a months time"Dr Simmonds says. "I'm helping her with keeping any infections away"Sean says. "Thats great news and I've got a lunchtime appointment available"Doctor Simmonds says. "We'll take it Doc"Christie and Sean both say. "Thats all booked for you 1pm on July the 6th and your prescriptions for a month"Doctor Simmonds says.
As Sean helps Christie to get dressed over in Theatre 2 as the clock is reading 4pm after almost 3 hours in Theatre Nancy is getting all finished up and they are leaving her on her side as she'll be on a massive drip as well as a breathing machine. "She's already to come of bypass"Doctor Halstead says. "She's all stitched up"Doctor Rhodes said. "I'll put the plaster on then this big bandage on"Dr Choi says. "Her breathing is stable"Sexton says. "As all 3 doctors finish of Nancy's operation Sexton helps them transfer her from Theatre 2 to her room where Doctor Huger has arrived. "How did the operation go"Doctor Huger asks. "We could only remove enough of for the biopsy test"Doctor Rhodes says. "We've put a drip into drain the fluid thats in her brain"Doctor Choi says. "We'll be giving her medication to try and reduce the size of the tumour"Doctor Halstead says.
"Not looking good for Nancy"Doctor Huger says. "No it's not looking good"Sexton says. "Please keep me updated on Nancy's condition"Doctor Huger asks. "Of course we will"Doctor Rhodes says. As Doctor Huger leaves Doctor Choi Doctor Halstead and Doctor Rhodes to settle Nancy Casey back in the room as Christie and Sean arrive outside Matt and Gabby's place with presents for the couple there daughter niece and nephew. "Let's get inside"Sean says. "I've been waiting for this along time"Christie says. "What's that love"Sean says. "Louie finally home where he belongs after being in hospital for 11 days"Christie says. "Me too"Sean says. As Sean walks behind Christie carrying the presents and once they've arrived at the door Christie knocks on the door it's Gabby who's holding Andrea who's just been fed who answers it.
"Hello Christie and Sean why don't you come inside Louie is on the sofa next to Matt"Gabby says. "Thanks Gabby"Christie says. As Christie and Sean walk in the house as Gabby closes the front door behind them all. "Look who's come to see us all"Gabby says. "Who is it Gabby"Matt asks. "See for yourself baby"Gabby says. "Christie Sean what a nice surprise to you all"Matt said. "Why don't you sit down here Christie I'll sit on the dining chair"Ramon says. "Thanks Ramon"Christie says. "No problem"Ramon said. "We've just come from my appointment"Christie says. "How did it go"Camilla asks. "It went very well my stumps are healing well and no sign of infection all thanks to my amazing fiance"Christie says. "We've got presents for our daughter niece nephew and my amazing brother and sister-in-law"Christie says. "You didn't have to Christie"Matt says. "Before I forget Matt would you do the honour of walking me down the aisle and giving me away"Christie says. "Yes without a doubt sister of course I'll give you away"Matt said. As Camilla and Ramon Dawson say there goodbyes to everyone in the house then head away towards their own house as everyone continues to talk about anything when Matt's cell phone goes off. "I wonder who's calling me"Matt says. "Theres only one way to know is to answer it babe"Gabby says. As Matt answers his cell phone he realises its from the hospital and.
