30 minutes later and everyone is back on the road but Violet is worried about one person at the moment and its not her cousin Louie. "Auntie Gabby when are we checking in on my dad"Violet asks. "I'm just about to text your mum Violet"Gabby said. "I'm just about to text your mum Violet"Gabby said. "Can we call her instead"Violet asks. "We've got more than one hour"Matt said. "I know babe what it says on the satnav"Gabby said. "So we can give my mum a call on our way to Wisconsin"Violet asks. "Theres no reason to ask why we can't call"Matt says. As Gabby presses Christie's name on the screen and Christie's cell goes off and Christie and Sean know exactly who's ringing them. "Hello Christie and Sean you're on loud speaker"Gabby says. "How's the journey going and by the way you're on loud speaker too"Christie says.
"Hello mum Sean and dad"Violet says. "Hey Violet"Sean and Christie both say. "How's my dad doing"Violet asks. "He's not feeling well and we're waiting for Doctor Choi to arrive back with his Cancer Doctor"Christie said. "They've put hm on a drip as he was feeling hot one minute and cold the next"Sean says. "Thats to be expected as he's going through chemotherapy"Gabby says. "He's asleep at the moment"Christie said. "By the way the journey is going well we've not stopped in any traffic as such"Matt said. "We should arrive in Wisconsin by 6pm hopefully before"Gaby said. "We better go Doctor Callahan as arrived back he with Doctor Choi"Sean says. "Love you both"Violet says. "Take care and hope the rest of your journey is smooth"Christie and Sean both say. "We will and you all take care of yourselves"Matt and Gabby both say.
As Violet Gabby and Matt finish talking to Christie and Sean the doctor walk in the room. "Sorry to interrupt you guys"Callahan says. "We've finished talking"Sean says. "Jim's been asleep since the nurse hooked his IV line in him"Christie says. "We've come with good and bad news"Choi says. "What's the good news"Christie asks. "Jim can continue with his chemotherapy tomorrow"Callahan says. "What's the bad news"Sean asks. "He'll have to stay here at the hospital over night"Callahan says. "Whys that doctor"Christie asks. "We need to make sure that Jim's fever doesn't spike too much otherwise we'll have to pause his chemotherapy"Callahan says. "If his chemotherapy gets paused won't that have an effect on him"Sean says. "You're on about him being more sick than he already is"Christie said.
"Yes"Choi said. "We'll give him pain meds if he's in pain"Callahan said. "Why can't he have pain meds for his nausea"Christie and Sean both ask. "The drugs that Jim is having for his chemotherapy are very strong and the nausea tabs that we could give him won't work at all"Callahan says. "Is there anything that he can have"Sean ask. "You can give him plenty of water to drink"Callahan says. "Thanks"Christie says. "We'll be back later when the bag is empty with a jug of water"Choi says. "See you later doctor"Sean said. As Doctor Choi and Doctor Callahan leave the room Antonio Brett Eva Diego Lance and Lorna have left the church over half hour ago and they've just come out of the flower shop and they decide to go for a walk as the weather is nice.
"What are we doing now dad"Eva asks. "We're going for a walk round the lake before we head back home and wait for your Aunt and Uncle to arrive with your cousins Andrea and Violet"Antonio said. "This walk was one of my mums favourite things to do here"Diego and Eva both say. "Yes it was kids"Lance says. As they all walk round the lake they come across two benches and they all sit down and. "Eva Diego how have you been"Lorna and Lance both ask. "Not soo good for me"Eva says. "Im keeping it together at the moment"Diego says. As Antonio rang his mum and dad when they all came out of the church to meet up at the lake so as Ramon and Camilla walk round the lake they come across Lance Lorna Brett son Antonio granddaughter Eva and grandson Diego.
"Hello guys"Lance says. "This is a nice afternoon to do this"Ramon says. "It certainly is"Lorna says. "We're very sorry for the loss of your daughter Laura"Camilla and Ramon both say. "Thank you very much"Lance and Lorna both say. As everyone sits down apart from Antonio and Brett who wanders away from everyone else. "Theres something on your mind"Brett asks. "I've just had an idea"Antonio said. "What's your idea of love"Brett asks. "Why don't everyone throw a flower in the lake"Antonio said. "Thats a lovely idea babe"Brett said. "We'll do it then"Antonio said. While everyone is sitting and enjoying the fresh air while talking to each other Gabby realises the time. "Baby it's time for Andrea's feeding time"Gabby said. "I'll pullover"Matt said.
As Matt pulls over so his wife Gabby can feed here daughter Andrea. As Matt gets out of the driers side and opens the passenger side Gabby goes round and gets Andrea from her car seat and with her top being loose she lifts it up and Andrea immediately finds her mommy's breast and starts suck in on it. "Thats what you wanted wasn't it baby"Gabby says. "Once she's finished eating we can get back on the road"Matt says. "Yes we will and I'll be driving the rest of the way as I know the shortcuts to the hotel which is not far from the church"Gabby says. "Thats good for me"Matt said. "Why have we pulled over for Matt"Stella asks. "Gabby's feeding Andrea"Matt said. "Oh right we can't deny Andrea food"Stella said.
15 mitres later Gabby finished feeding Andrea and she passed her over to Matt. As Matt rubs his daughter's back Andrea lets out a massive burping sound. "Well done my sweet girls"Matt said. "Why don't I put Andrea back in her car seat while you get done yourself"Gabby said. "I'll do that"Matt said. As Matt gets in the passenger side as Gabby buckles Andrea back in her car sear and as Gabby gets in the drivers seat. As Gabby pulls away Andrea starts crying and. "Violet can you check on Andrea please"Matt asks. "Of course I will Uncle Matt"Violet says. "Thanks Vi"Matt said.
As Gabby drives the rest of the way to the hotel while Violet is trying to console her cousin Andrea. "Its okay sweetie I'm here I've got your cuddly toy right here and your favourite blanket"Violet said as she handed them over and Andrea soon falls asleep for the rest of the journey while back in Wisconsin Antonio Brett Lance Lorna Eva Diego Camilla and Ramon have arrived back at the house and the kids go upstairs leaving the adults to talk. "Antonio how are the kids really coping"Lance asks. "We've been watching film with Laura in but"Antonio said. "They don't like talking about her much unless they see her on film"Brett says. "How have they been acting"Lorna asks. "Eva's been snapping and Gabby and Matt beard it all"Antonio said. "Who did she snap at"Lance and Lorna both ask.
"Eva snapped at me"Brett said. "She'll be fine she's a strong young lady"Antonio said. "When's Gabby and Matt arriving here"Lorna asks. "Should be anytime soon guys"Brett says. "Don't forget that they've got a 3 week old baby"Antonio said. While the adults carry on talking Gabby Matt Violet Andrea Stella and Kelly have arrived in Wisconsin and now they're making their way to the hotel. "Bro we're just getting Stella and Kelly checked in first then we'll all be round there straight away"Gabby said. "we'll see you all soon and by the way our parents are here"Antonio said. "We shouldn't be that long away"Gabby said. "Looking forward to seeing you all"Antonio said....
