As Jim is hooked up to a machine as he undergoes his second chemo session and Doctor Callahan comes in the room to check to see if everything is going smoothly and. "I'll give you this if you feel sick use it"Callahan says while downstairs Doctor Natalie Manning has asked Sean and Christie one big question. "Guys did you want to know the sex of your twins"Manning asks. "Oh yea we definitely want to know"Christie an Sean both say. "Let get the babies up then I can tell you both what you're expecting"Manning says. "Yes please"Christie says. As Doctor Manning moves the probe over Christie's stomach and both twins appear on the screen. "Let's check on Baby A first"Manning said. "Yes Doctor"Sean says.
"Here's your daughter she's got a very strong heartbeat measurements are where it should be"Manning says. "A daughter"Sean said. "I know love"Christie said. "What's the other twin doc"Sean asked. As Doctor Manning moves the probe over a bit more to the left and Baby B comes on the screen. "Here's your second twin"Manning said. "What's the sex doctor"Christie and Sean both ask . As Doctor Manning prints some latest pictures of there unborn son and daughter and wipes the gel of Christie's stomach her cell phone goes off and its her little brother Matt and her sister-in-law Gabby. "Hello Christie"Matt says. "How's everyone doing up there"Christie asks. "Everyone's doing there best"Matt says. "Say hello to everyone"Christie says. "Will do and say hello to everyone down there"Matt says. "Will do"Christie says. "How's my nieces or nephews doing"Matt asks. "The twins are doing well I think there missing there Uncle Matt"Christie said. "Keep talking to them"Matt says. As Christie and Matt finish talking on there cells upstairs on the Cancer Ward Jim Jordan's Cancer Doctor as come in and he sits down in the chair next to the bed. "I'm gonna sit with you for a bit as Sean is busy"Doctor Callahan says. "Thats okay"Jim says. "Let me check your temperature Jim"Callahan says. "Ok"Jim says. As Doctor Callahan gets out the Temporal Artery Thermometer and takes Jim's temperature on his forehead and it reads above what it should be and if his temperature continues to be like this Jim Jordan will be given something to bring his temperature down. "Jim your temperature is sky high"Doctor Callahan says. "What does that mean doctor"Jim asks.
"We won't be aloud to discharge you til your temperature drops to what its aloud to as your going through chemotherapy"Doctor Callahan says. "Thanks Doctor can you get my next of kin please"Jim asks. "You want Christie or Sean"Callahan asks. "Sean please"Jim said. "I'll get onto it straight away Jim but first I'm not going anywhere" Doctor Callahan says. "Okay Doctor"Jim says. "What Jim is going through is one of the hardest thing is Cancer for someone his age apart from he main ones in men and knowing that this is hard to keep away from his teenage daughter"Doctor Callahan says. While back downstairs Christie and Sean are soo happy.
Sean's POV
This morning when I woke up I didn't expect a few hours late that I would find out the sex of my unborn twins. As I look at my fiance I can't believe how lucky I am right now to have what I've got as in the past I've been through soo much especially since losing my twin sister. As I look at my fiance especially her growing belly as she's carrying our son and daughter thats right Doctor Manning delivered the sex of our unborn twins roughly within the last half hour. My family is already completed and as my step daughter's dad is going through chemotherapy for Kidney Cancer.
Christie's POV
When I woke up this morning to find my handsome fiance not just in the bed or in the room I had a feeling that he was somewhere in the hospital I knew that I was safe in the hospital after what I've been through with my mum. I could've got myself killed, our unborn twins or my mum and leaving my whole family distraught especially my fiance. When the doctor came in to check our unborn twins within 1 hour ago. I couldn't believe my eyes when Doctor Manning told my fiance and I that our unborn twins are one of each. As I notice my fiance staring at me I couldn't believe what I'm seeing is that he's happy right now which makes me happy and thats all that matters to me at this exact moment.
"Here's your scan pictures guys"Manning said. "Thanks Doctor Manning"Sean and Christie both say. "You're welcome guys"Manning said. As Doctor Manning leaves the room minutes later Doctor Halstead comes in the room with a Newspaper in his hands. "Hello Doctor Halstead what can we do for you"Christie asks.
