Tezcatlipoca invites Chaska, Zatz and Maya to a healer sons' party. Featuring more OCs from ProxyoftheMuse and thelittlebat on AO3

The healers’ sons occasionally had parties together, which Tezcatlipoca often crashed. This time, he brought Maya, Zatz, Chaska, and Estrella along.

“I'm so glad you agreed to come.” Tezcatlipoca said as they walked to the party.

“It was the only way to get you to shut up.” Chaska said.

“Remind me what we agreed to again?” Zatz asked.

“The healers’ sons throw the most extravagant parties. There's no rules, total freedom, relaxation, mingling. A place where you just let loose and be yourself.” As if on cue, one of the brothers face planted the ground, falling from seemingly nowhere. Chaska, Estrella, Zatz, and Maya looked at him with wide eyes, “Like I said, let loose.”

They went inside the large house where gods, goddesses, and children of deities were talking, drinking, and dancing. Some were being intimate and doing outlandish stunts. Chaska, Zatz, and Maya were a little uneasy with the new environment, but they felt more comfortable the more they mingled among the guests.

“Maya!” Ixlilton said. He and two of his brothers, Colhua and Tequech, had come to greet them, “Glad you could make it. How are you enjoying yourself?”

“Oh, hi.” Maya said, “It's not anything I'm used to, but I'm having fun.”

“Welcome to the Big Blowout Fiesta Peda Pachanga!” Colhua said.

“Isn't that name sort of redundant?”

“Gah! I told you!”

“Tezpalilama, my man!” Tequech said, “You're here!”

“Still not my name.” Tezcatlipoca said, “But I wouldn't miss it for the world. Now, if you'll excuse me.” He walked away.

“And I see you brought gatita with you.” Colhua said, putting his arm around Chaska, “Long time, no see.”

Chaska rolled her eyes and stepped out of his embrace, “For the last time, I'm a wolf. And much too old for you.”

“This is my husband, Zatz.” Maya said, gesturing to Zatz.

“Hello.” Zatz said, “Maya has told me much about you.”

“Welcome.” Ixlilton greeted, “I'm Ixlilton. And these are two of my brothers, Colhua and Tequech.”

The twins' jaws dropped, “You're married?!” Tequech asked, “But you're just a child.”

“We've been gods for a few decades now.” Maya said, “I'd hardly-”

“That’s still young, even for gods.” Ixlilton added.

The twins narrowed their eyes and circled Zatz, “And how do we know you're good enough for our sister?” Colhua asked.

“Sister?” Zatz asked.

“Don't ask.” Ixlilton replied.

“What kind of god are you?” Colhua asked.

“God of the moon and prince of bats.” Zatz replied.

“Ha!” Tequech mocked, “As if that could support a family.”

“Being a god doesn't make money.” Ixlilton said, embarrassed by his brothers.

“Can you protect her?”

“I assure you, I love Maya and would never let any harm come her way.” Zatz said.

“How strong are you?”
