    "Yeah it really was"
   
    But his face isn't full of happiness, tears brim in his eyes as he looks back to the roof. Cleo pushes forward, peering out of our eyes, pain hitting us through the bond
   
    "What's wrong?"
   
    I ask rolling so I'm on my side looking down at his handsome face.
   
    "I just can't believe I nearly lost you, lost us. I can't ever go through that again carly"
   
    He says, his eyes meeting mine, I run my hand down his cheek and I plant a soft gentle kiss on his lips
   
    "You won't ever lose me again, it's me and you against the world, literally forever"
   
    He smiles kissing me again
   
    "It sounds perfect"
   
    He kisses me, pulling me on top of him as we make slow sweet sensual love with each other until we are too hungry to continue.

    As We sit down to breakfast at mums carter pulls me onto his knee nipping my throat with his teeth, sending a delightful shiver down my spine as I snap my legs closed before my arousel seeps out and stinks up the room. Carter chuckles, pulling back.
   
    It has been just over a week since I came back to life, I pull food onto mine and Carter's plate as Daniel and Rob sit on either side of us. The tension in the room had been extremely high but right now it was actually uncomfortable to be in there presence, Everyone is quiet, too quiet, I growl having had enough.
   
    "What's going on?"
   
    I look between Rob and Daniel
   
    "I'm still a little pissed at him is all"
   
    Rob tells me, avoiding Daniel's gaze as he looks down the table towards him. I groan, I was sick of this conversation, I wanted to move on and never think of that fucking day again.
   
    "Please don't be, he loved her. Damn when Carter lost me he was going to blow up the world, daniel just said a few words that he didn't mean"
   
    I shake my head in frustration, pushing hair from my face.
   
    "But did he mean them? Honestly, did he not mean what he said or did he?"
   
    Rob snaps as mum sits down watching them, Carter stiffens under me. His head snaps to Daniel and with Carter's reaction mine did too.
   
    "You did fucking mean it?"
   
    I roll my eyes
   
    "Mean what? He was pissed? He blamed me? Do you still blame me for her death?"
   
    He screws up his face, shaking his head
   
    "No I don't! I meant them at the time but as soon as it sunk in I realised I didn't mean it and then you died and all thoughts of her went out the window! She killed Carly I hate her for it"
   
    He snaps obviously exhausted with this conversation too, I look to Carter and he nods sighing
   
    "He's telling the truth Rob"
   
    He answers, Rob looks at him stubbornly
   
    "See? So can we all be friends again?"
   
    I ask them all before looking back to Rob to continue
   
    "Please for me? We have a pack to run and we will need each other to do that"
   
    I pout as I talk, using the big soppy eyes
   
    "Shes right now that the date has been set we need to get along"
   
    Carter adds so I look between them again and daniel nods his head
   
    "I have no issue with Rob if anything I agree with him and I'd probably feel the same way if the shoe was on the other foot"
   
    I look back at Rob
   
    "And that could have been the case Rob, please forgive him for me"
   
    I smile sweetly at him, he groans rolling his eyes. a smirk playing on his lips as he tries not to give into me
   
    "Fine for you I will get over it, now can I eat"
   
    "Yes you can"
   
    I grin digging into my food then I look up to my parents who are all eating when what Carter said clicks in my head.
   
    "Hang on a dates been set? When?"
   
    I look back at carter who has a cheeky grin on his face
   
    "3 weeks time, Ella will be home from her honeymoon then"
   
    I had forgotten all about her wedding, it was in a few days time I chew my lip nervously
   
    "I completely forgot she's getting married"
   
    Guilt that I ruined her wedding buzz ways on my heart, it should be sunshine and roses not shit shows and rainstorms
   
    "I'm not surprised, you have been dealing with a lot"
   
    Mum says reassuringly like she knew exactly what I was feeling
   
    "Is the hen do still going ahead"
   
    All the boys growl and mum smirks at me
   
    "Of Course it is, tomorrow night"
   
    I look at Carter smiling sweetly, he snorts and shakes his head
   
    "Absolutely fucking not, your not leaving my side Carly"
   
    "And those woman are crazy your mother isn't going either"
   
    jaxon adds, mum growls at him but he simply shrugs his shoulders not caring.
   
    "I don't give a damn hoot! Not going to happen"
   
    He chirps happily
   
    "But what if I portal us there, Carter and the boys could come. We wouldn't stay long and they would be with us the entire time"
   
    Mums eyes light up and Carter groans
   
    "Oh please no! they are all crazy, what are they doing anyway?"
   
    He groans painfully, dropping his fork in frustration. Mum grins answering him as she side eyes dads
   
    "Just a party at the house, Arden won't let them go anywhere, we all need to bring a present with us. Something Ella will need on her wedding night"
   
    She chuckles taking a drink I slap my hands together excitedly
   
    "Ohh that sounds like fun! please can we go please! Pretty pretty please"
   
    I look at Carter pouting,
   
    "giv3 him the 'if you do this for me I'm guna lay you so damn hard' look. They can't resist that one"
   
    Cleo chuckles, I smirk as his eyes widen slightly at my thoughts, his face breaking out into a wide grin as he leans down kissing my lips
   
    "Fine but Rob and daniel come to, and you make good on that promise later"
   
    He warns me, I snort. As if I'd ever pass up sex.
   
    "Yes alpha"
   
   His eyes darken slightly as he clicks his tongue shaking his head.
   
    "Ewe can you not do that while I eat"
   
    Rob snaps dropping his fork, both  him and Daniel puff out a breath in frustration, obviously not entirely happy about that fact that we were indeed going to party.
   
    "If that's the case we are coming as well"
   
    Jaxon tells mum she slaps the table excitedly
   
    "Good I'm so excited we can go shopping after breakfast I know exactly what I'm getting her"
   
    "Ewe mum that is gross"
   
    I snort not wanting to know what she was thinking in front of my dads, Scott nudges her
   
    "What are you going to get?"
   
    Mum whispers in his ear
