"Good, we better get on but it was nice seeing you"
He nods, turning and walking away.

I frown looking up
"Really? I thought it was back to normal?"
He shrugs
"I can only seem to hear you when your emotions are heightened, if you're embarrassed or mad"
I shrug wondering if it would ever go back to normal again
