Chapter 17 Is she and the boss in a secret relationship?

Katherine smiled as she opened the door and walked out.

At noon, a plane landed in Country X. A white slender figure walked out with a knitted hat. This was her first time in Country X and she came here to look for someone, her old lover.

She instantly caught the attention of everybody that were present in the airport.

" Look at that beauty, wouldn't it be interesting to keep her at home and come back every night to tease her and watch her face turn red inside the dimly lit room, with the ambiguous atmosphere and hot bodies?" One of the air traffic controllers asked as his greedy eyes stared at the woman.

" You are right, it's hard nowadays to find slender and delicate flowers like this, I wish she was my woman, I would cherish her the most and make sure that she doesn't leave my side." The other one said.

Sigh, which man had this perfect woman.

The backseat door opened and she sat inside.

" Where are we going Mrs Amy Presley?" The driver at the front seat asked.

" Take me to the Brighton hotel." Amy replied as she looked far into the city.
" Ok ma." The driver started the engine and drove towards the direction she mentioned.

Looking at the sceneries on the road side, Amy thoughts drifted to the person she came looking for in Country X. If she found him then she would be the happiest person in the world.

She remembered the old memories they had together from highschool, her only problem was a girl named Adriana who kept pestering her lover.

Amy wished she could make Adriana disappear. Her lover didn't like Adriana but Adriana kept forcing herself on him. Always saying they were already married to each other since the day they were born so he originally belonged to her and that no girl should seduce him.

Everybody disliked Adriana for her attitude. If she ever met her again in this life, she would make her pay for all the things she did to her in highschool.

The car drove around the roundabout and soon entered the part of the city where most of the skyscrapers were arranged.

She had already planned to look for work since she graduated from school of finance and accounting. But which company should she choose to work in.

She payed attention to all the tall skyscrapers she passed on the road. The only one that caught her eyes was the tall and majestic skyscraper that stood in the center of the city.

The name ' BRIGHTON'S CO-OPERATION ' was boldly engraved into the building and since it was already sunset, the lights were already on, showing off the beauty. Some parts were visible because of the glass windows so one could see inside the building.

Amy's eyes didn't leave the building until they got to the hotel. She had already made her choice to work here.

The white sport car pulled into the hotel's driveway and stopped in front of the building. The driver came down and quickly opened the door.

After coming down from the car, Amy walked into the building and stood in front of the reception desk.

" Amy Presley." Was all she said.
The receptionist quickly typed on her computer.

" Mrs Presley , this is your room key, you will be shown to your room, please this way." The hostess said as she led the way.

Her room was on the fifth floor which was for VIPs alone. She entered her room, after taking a shower, Amy sat on the bed and looked at the city outside. It had a good view and the Brighton co-operation building was the first thing to come in sight.
