Reagan picks up his suit jacket as he glances at the time on the wall clock. He turns to the door as he hears a knock.
"Come in." He says and the door opens.
"Boss, the contract needs your signature..." She pauses, seeing the bouquet of roses on his table.
Reagan picks up his signature pen and stretch out his hand, waiting for her to give him the contract but all he feels is thin air.
"Amy." He calls and she snaps out of her thoughts.
"I'm sorry boss. I was lost in thoughts." She gives him the contract and he signs on it.
Reagan returns the contract to her then turns to his table. Picking up the bouquet of roses, he turns around and walks out of his office.
Amy stomps her feet in anger. How could a low-life like Stella win Reagan's heart? Does she know how long she has been waiting to be beside Reagan?
How could she just come out from nowhere and take her place. She's not going to allow it, not after the humiliation she made her face. It's either Stella leaves Reagan or she'll make Stella disappear.
Amy looks down at the contract and that's when she realizes she had been squeezing it. She straightens the ruffled parts then look at the huge portrait of Stella hanging on the wall.
She feels a sudden urge to tear the picture apart but when she remembers she's in the CEO's office, she has no choice than to abandon her thoughts.
Amy turns and stomps out of the office.
Reagan gets into his car and turns on the ignition. He runs his hand through his hair then grab the steering wheel. Running his tongue over his sharp canines, he puts the flowers on the passenger's seat then takes out his phone.

Stella yawns as she scans through some files. She shifts closer to the table then starts typing on her computer.
Her phone screen brightens and when she looks at it, she sees it's a message from Reagan.
She reads the message and her lips curl up in a smile but when she remembers what happened earlier, she frown then turn off her phone.
She's not going to talk to him or reply his messages. Stella looks at the clock and sees it's almost time to get off work. She slumps down on her chair with her tea cup in her hand.
Hearing a knock on the door, Stella moves her gaze to the direction of the sound. The door opens and two bodyguards walk in.
"Ma'am, the boss ordered us to bring you home." The first one said.
Stella takes a sip from her tea then turn her head away." I'm not going." She replies with a lazy tone.
They both look at each other in confusion. Seeing she looked upset, they had no choice than to call Reagan. After dialing his number, it connects after a few rings.
"What is it?" His voice rings out from the phone.
Stella looks up at the sound of his voice. She perks up her ears, waiting to hear what he was going to say.
"Boss, Madam refused to come home with us. She looks upset. What should we do?"
There's a brief moment of silence from the other end.
"Come home, I'll come pick her up."
"Ok boss." The call ends and they turn to her." The boss is on his way."
Stella nods and they leave. She stands up and goes to stand in front of the floor-to-ceiling window. Looking down at the city underneath, she sighs and massage her temples.
