Chapter 45 My little woman.

Stella didn't know if she should laugh or cry. She just stood and stared at Reagan.

Reagan walked towards her with slow steps. He stopped in front of her and held her shoulder before pulling her into a hug.

Maybe fate decided to pity him and answer his prayers of always wanting Stella to be the girl from that night.

He would do everything to make her happy and make sure that she never leaves him or have the thought of leaving him.

" Let's go for a DNA test to make sure she's hundred percent mine." Reagan suggested and Stella just nodded.

He held her chin up and made her look at him." When can I see my daughter, it's been four years." Reagan finally said what he had been longing to ask.

Stella's face slipped off his hand and her eyes became red.

" What's wrong. Why are your eyes red?" Reagan asked. He could see tears welling up in her eyes.

Stella sobbed quietly." She has been kidnapped. She's missing Reagan, please find my daughter." Stella pleaded as she leaned into Reagan's hand for support, her legs were about to give way but Reagan seemed to be lost in his own thoughts.

" What did you say, my daughter is missing. When, how?" Reagan asked as he held Stella's trembling shoulders. His happiness suddenly vanished and he felt incomplete.

" She was kidnapped on her way back from school. Reagan please, allow them search the mountains. That's the direction the kidnappers went."

Reagan quickly brought out his phone and made a call." Prepare the team, I'm coming over." He said then took Stella's hand in his. They both walked out of the building and got into Reagan's car.

Not far away, someone brought out a phone and made a call." Madam, they are together and I think Reagan has found out about Stella's identity. You need to leave before he comes back."

" What! How did he find out, keep an eye on them. I'm leaving now." The call ended.

The person slipped into his car and drove after them.

When Reagan and Stella arrived at the Brighton's Police Station, some armed men were already waiting outside for them.

Reagan and Stella walked into the station. All the higher-ups and officials came out when they heard the boss was coming. They bowed in greetings and shaked hands with Reagan.

" Hurry up, deploy our top forces and surround the mountain. My daughter was kidnapped and is being held hostage. Search every openings you find in the mountain and try not to disturb the activities that are going on there. Go now." Reagan commanded and they quickly left to carry out his order.

Reagan turned to Stella." Don't worry, I'll find our daughter as soon as possible."

Stella nodded and hugged him. Reagan stroked her hair to calm her down.

" Don't worry Mrs Stella, your daughter will be found and brought back to you in no time." The chief officer assured.

" Also search for three black cars. They were the one who took her away." Stella said and the chief officer nodded before walking away.

" Mr Reagan, this way please. We found something." One of the higher-ups said.

Stella was shocked by how fast and efficient they worked. Reagan just gave the order and they had already started finding clues.

Reagan held Stella's hand and followed behind him.

They entered into a room. The lights were dim and some people sat in front of big screens.
