Chapter 44 Reagan is Isabella's father.

" Mrs Sophia, Reagan just took a flight to Country A. Should I follow him?"

" No Mike, as far as he's no where close to Stella, you can leave him for now." Sophia replied.

" Ok ma." The call disconnected.

Sophia stood up and walked towards the balcony with her hands folded. Her lips curled into an evil smile.

Reagan had already landed in Country A and as expected, the network was bad. It seemed to work when they were on air but now it stopped.

He walked down from the plane and was welcomed by some shareholders.

They got into a car and drove towards the meeting hall. When they arrived, they started the first meeting. The overseas shareholders were also present.

After the meeting, Reagan was taken to the hotel they booked for him. He felt uncomfortable with the way the female workers in the hotel looked like him. He got into his room and shot the door behind him.

He took a quick shower and wore a white robe before laying on the bed. He felt exhausted and needed some rest but the sudden knock on the door made him sigh deeply.

He stood up and walked towards the door, swinging it open.

" Your dinner is here sir." A female room service attendant said as she bowed her head to hide her blushing cheeks.

Reagan moved to the side and opened the door for her to walk in." Put it on the table beside the bed."

She smiled and walked into the room. She dropped the tray and was about to leave when she noticed that the white substance in the water had not settled.

She glanced at the man who stood beside the door, probably waiting for her to leave then looked back at the glass cup.

" Hope he doesn't notice the white things in the water." She thought as she stood up and walked towards the door." I will be back to get the tray." She said with a smile before walking out.

Reagan closed the door and went to seat on the chair. He removed the other tray and started eating. Half way through the food, he became thirsty.

He looked at the glass cup and just then, he sighted a small wine cabinet. With a smile, he stood up and walked towards the cabinet. He will drink wine instead.

Minutes later, he finished the food and waited for the room attendant to come. He soon heard a knock on the door.

He opened it and the same girl walked into the room. When she got to where the tray was, she paused and looked at Reagan.

" Sir, you didn't drink your water, I'll leave it here and come back to take the cup." She smiled and walked out with the tray.

Reagan locked the door and sat on the bed with his phone. Just one day remaining and he will fly back to Country X. He missed Stella alot and he can't wait to see her again.

Next day.

Blake got down from his car as his phone vibrated. He fished it out from his pocket and answered the call." Hi Cory, are you done with the investigation, the boss will be returning tomorrow." Blake said as he closed his car door before walking into the company.

" Yes, I called you to tell you good news. I will send you the papers from our investigation." Cory replied. He was also shocked when he finished his investigation and found out that the big boss had a three years old daughter.

" Ok, send them to the company." Blake said with a smile. The boss is going to be so happy when he gets the news. Sophia is about to get exposed. If he hadn't done what he did that night, they wouldn't have gotten to this stage.
