Stella was still unable to react for some time. She just stared at the TV screen in shock.
The mountains media crews were broadcasting the news because other media companies weren't granted access into the mountain area.
The media helicopters were flying around the east side of the mountain where the explosion had occured.
Although not everything collapsed, only the weak parts of the bunker collapsed, the remaining structure stood still and unshakable.
They had started searching and she could see men moving blocks.
Stella quickly ran into her room. She got dressed in a split second and ran out with her bag.
She was about to lose her mind. She could hear her heartbeats in her ears and her head began to spin.
" Mum, I'll be...be right back." Stella said as she wore her shoes and hurried out. She ran down the stairs like a mad person only to bump into someone.
" Stella, what's wrong, why are you in a hurry?" Tyson asked, his voice laced with worry.
" Tyson, please I don't have time for explanation, I need to go to the mountain area now." Stella replied and pushed pass him.
Tyson followed her and grabbed her hand." I'll take you there." Tyson said and he noticed the hesitation in her eyes.
" You might not get a taxi that's heading that direction." He added.
Stella nodded and they both ran towards his car. They got in and Tyson drove off.
Stella was still unable to calm down. Her worries doubled when she felt a large palm on her hand. She looked up and saw Tyson looking at her with a caring gaze.
" Everything's going to be ok. I saw the news, that's why I came to comfort you." Tyson said and Stella forced a smile. She wasn't in the mood to smile right now but at least, she should show him that she appreciates his care for her.
" Thank you." Stella murmured and turned her gaze to look out the window. Her heart was pounding deep inside her.
The car fell dead silent and no one spoke until they got to the mountain area. They were stopped by the mountain security guards and they easily recognized Stella as the boss's woman but Tyson was thoroughly searched.
Stella told them he was with her and that was the only reason Tyson was granted access.
They were directed to the east side of the mountain where the explosion took place and some security vehicles followed them, mainly because of Stella.
When the car stopped, Tyson watched Stella push open the door and run out without saying a word. He sighed and also came down, following her behind.
Blake saw Stella approaching and signaled to her with his hand. Stella ran towards the ambulance where he stood.
Blake came out and she climbed in. When she saw the man lying on the bed with a gauze wrapped around his head and hand, she breathed a sigh of relief and a tear dropped from her eye.
" Reagan." Stella called softly and bent over to hug him, only for the latter to suddenly sit up and pull her body into his.
" How long were you planning on making me wait on this tiny bed. Don't you know your body is more comfortable to lay on?" Reagan asked as he wrapped his hands around Stella's waist and rested his head on her chest.
Stella's heart finally calmed down. She smiled and hugged his neck. She had ran all the way here, thinking he would be in a critical condition when she arrived but she didn't expect him to say he had been waiting for her to come. He didn't even look like someone that just escaped an explosion.
