"Daddy, daddy!" Your daughter shrieks, making you and Bucky look to her as she scrambles into the room.

"What is it, doll?" He asks, scooping her up and giving you a smile.

She squeaks loudly. "No no, no! Put me down! I want to show you something!"

Bucky chuckles and gently puts your daughter to the ground, only for her to grab both your hands and drag you to her room.

"No peeking!" She says, then slams her door with a grin.

"Think she'll bust out the old Thor hammer and jump around the place again?" Bucky asks, wrapping an arm around your waist and resting his chin on your shoulder.

You smile. "If she does, you're on lightening duty."

He sighs. "Right. Lightening duty. Because throwing paper cut out pieces of lightening bolts into the air is so fun,"

Before you can reply, your daughters door flies open and you nearly gasp when you see her. Foil covers her left arm, completely covering her skin.

Bucky stiffens.

"Do you like it, daddy?" You daughter asks, pointing to the star on her shoulder. "I colored it pink. I hope you don't mind,"

"I love it, doll," Bucky murmurs, crouching down to give her a kiss on the forehead.

You watch as Bucky picks her up and spins her around, laughing softly when she places her "metal arm" on his and squealing lightly.

"I know what to do!" She looks to you. "Mommy, can you get a metal arm too?"

You nod. "Did you leave any tinfoil for me?"

She blink. "No, I mean a real metal arm like daddy."

"Um..."

"Hey, why don't we call Steve over so you can play with his shield?" Bucky's quick to say, heading to the living room while you sigh.
