jennie makes her way quickly through the management building in yg, trying to remember where his office is.

she inhaled as she passes bangchan, probably on his way back from getting fired by lisa.

she chuckles quietly at the thought, earning a confused face from chan.

she realises that he's seen her and speeds up considerably, before roughly bumping into someone.

"watch where you're going." she says, annoyance lacing her tone, but she looks up and guess who it is.

lisa is smiling awkwardly at her. "second time today. if you do that one more time, i would assume you have a big fat crush on me." the blonde jokes, and jennie rolls her eyes.

"shut up. i saw bangchan as i was walking here, did you report him?" the brunette asks carefully.

lisa rolls her eyes. "yes i did unnie. now it's your turn. now we can do the waltz in dance practice without anyone suspecting anything!" she says excitedly, shoving jennie lightly in the shoulder.

"mm, no. but i will talk to you instead of growling at you. be thankful." the brunette replies sharply.

lisa smiles. "i can deal with that. alright, go have fun getting your stalker fired!" she calls out, striding away.

jennie just laughs in response.
but inside she's dying.

after this, i'll be friends with lisa, and i still don't understand why it feels so wrong.

after a solid hour of begging my boss to suspend a girl who's brother likes to beat up people i hang out with, i'm out of yg's office, and irene is out of the whole building.

gone.
dead.
buried.

i exhale shakily. bullet dodged.

making my way through the now quiet building, i spot jisoo talking to her friend by the water tap. she spots me, quickly waving bye to the dark haired girl and running over to me.

"you're sweating." jisoo says matter of factly, putting her hand up to my forehead.
i chuckle.

"chu, chill out. i just got irene fired." i say proudly, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear.

her eyes widen. "oh yeah! lisa told me about your deal. i'm very proud of you two. if it was only that easy the whole time, you should've done it sooner." jisoo says with mild frustration lacing her tone. i hum in agreement.

she picks up her bag and beckons me to come with her.

"hey, i just got my pay. i have an idea, do you wanna see what it is?" jisoo says coyly, smirking her signature smirk and moving her shoulders around wildly.

i purse my lips. we end up in a really dumb staring competition, when i finally give in, laughing maniacally.

"ugh fine. let's go." i groan, readjusting my bag over my shoulder.

"YES!" jisoo fist pumps the air and skips out of the building.

i don't notice because i was texting lisa we'd be late, but clearly i'm late.
