have you ever had a moment when you finally realise a thing after ages of not realising it?

that's how lisa felt when she found out she had to share a room with someone in her new dorm.

lisa is lying face down on her mattress in her apartment, dying.

you have actually got to be fucking with me. i have to share a room?

she groans loudly, rolling over to check the time.
9:10.
she has to be there at 11 to figure out the room situations and move her stuff in.

she procrastinates for another hour, until she realises she has 50 minutes to shower and pack her mattress up.

scrunching her wet hair, with no time to dry it, she quickly hops into her rental car and speeds off to the dorm.

she pulls into the lot, it's a giant building across the street from yg, with at least 30 whole apartments, each one can house up to 5 trainees.

she takes a deep breath, tying her hair up and pressing the button to the 13th floor on the elevator.

at first sight, it's not a bad place. it's cute and chic, and she doesn't feel overwhelmed.

lisa spots jennie, jisoo and rosie sitting at the table in the kitchen, signing papers and discussing excitedly.

"oh, hey lis!" rosie calls out, running up to the blonde and hugging her tight.

"hey guys, hey rosie. okay, what are we doing for dorm arrangements?" lisa asks nervously, pulling out a chair at the table and smiling softly at jennie, who smiles back.

"uh... sorry lisa, rosie and i have discussed and we think you guys have friendship tension and we want that to fix up so the dynamic of the group won't be ruined... so we kinda put you and jennie together." jisoo rattles off quickly, wincing and getting ready for the argument.

rosie smiles enthusiastically at jennie and lisa, who just sit there dumbfounded.

"rosie, surely-" lisa starts, but the brunette is quick to interrupt.

"nope. you thought i was joking when i said i was gonna bunk with jisoo? i wasn't." she says smartly, getting up from her chair and heading towards her room.

"i need to unpack, i suggest you guys do the same." she yells out, and the girls can hear her laughing maniacally.

jennie looks to jisoo for support, but she just shrugs.

"i did not have any say in this." she says casually, putting her arms up in surrender.

lisa runs her hands nervously through the ends of her blonde hair.

"you better not have. cmon jennie." she jokes, getting up and pushing her chair back in with a slam.

jennie hasn't said anything the whole time.

she doesn't mind.

i collapse on my new bed, wondering what to do.

unpack, is probably what.

i sit up to find lisa staring at me.

i stare right back, giving her a hopeless look of defeat, and we both chuckle slightly.

"well, we got ourselves into this situation." lisa finally says, standing up and inspecting the room.

i follow suit, staring at the bare white walls.

lisa chews on the inside of her cheek and crosses her arms.

"there's only one way we can make this work. we need a color scheme." the blonde says confidently.

"please tell me you like red." i beg her, sitting down on the armchair and the end of my bed.

she clicks her tongue.
"i can work with that. i'm thinking: posters, multicoloured, i really don't mind what you put up. we have to decide on a sheet colour, i wouldn't be able to live here if they weren't matching. and then there needs to be contrast, so we need to decide on a sheet colour asap. and-" the blonde starts ranting, looking around the room and referencing ideas from pinterest.

this girl is crazy.

"uh, maybe we should unpack first." i suggest quietly, taking lisa's phone out of her hands and putting it down gently on the bedside table.

"yes, that is probably correct. i will do that. i'm gonna go and- yep. i'm gonna do that." the blonde reassures herself, smiling painfully at me and pointing at the door.

"good. have fun."

"i'll try."
