the girls played around 20 games of mario kart, then filled their hungry stomachs with ramen and went to their respective rooms.

jennie and lisa are just sitting on their beds, reading and texting people.

"did you wanna shower first?" lisa says suddenly, pulling jennie out of her book trance.

"uh, i don't mind. actually, this book is really good and i'm probably procrastinating right now. i'll go have one, if that's alright?" the brunette replies, getting up slowly from her soft bed and grabbing some clothes.

lisa chuckles.

"if that's alright?? girl, it's your shower too. have a nice one. use that coconut shampoo, it smells soooo good." the blonde says coyly, rolling over onto her stomach to call her mum back in thailand.

jennie smiles gratefully and takes her friend's advice.

wait, how does she know i use coconut shampoo?

the brunette shakes off her thoughts and exhales in relief as she lets the boiling hot water run over her body.

she runs a hand though her long dark hair.

i can't wait til we debut and i can change the color or something.

she's incredibly yet secretly jealous of lisa's gorgeous bleached hair, it may not be healthy, but it works.

she decides to take the blonde's advice and squirts a generous amount of coconut shampoo into her hands and through her hair.

"hey mama!"

"hello lalisa, how are you? how's training?"

"good, good. tiring, but hopefully worth it."

"that's great. i'm so proud of you baby."

"aw thanks mum, but i'm not your baby anymore."

"don't say that, yes you are silly."

"ha. we moved into the dorms, they're actually much nicer than i expected."

"yeah? who are you rooming with? i suspect chaeyoung?"

"oh, actually no. she forced me to room with jennie, who is hopefully debuting with us. she's very pretty. really nice, and talented."

"that's nice sweetie. how much longer til you can come give us a visit?"

lisa sucks in air through a little hole in between her lips.

"uh, probably not for a while still. but i think if we do debut and everything goes as planned, you should be able to fly over her to see my debut!"

"i would love that! i'm so happy for you, really."

"thanks mama."

lisa smiles softly at the pureness of her mother, and how lucky she is to have her.

her thoughts are interrupted when jennie yells out from the bathroom:
"DONE! I'LL BE ONE SEC THEN IT'S YOUR TURN!"

the blonde opens her mouth to reply, but rosie beats her from her room.

"SHUT UP! WHAT IS IT WITH YOU TWO AND YELLING?" she yells out annoyedly.

"SAYS YOU!" jennie screams back from the bathroom, but lisa can hear her giggling at the whole exchange.

the blonde rolls her eyes.

"lisa, are you there? what was that?"

"oh nothing mama, everyone's just having a joke and yelling at each other. i need to go have a shower i think, i love you! bye!"
