lisa laid in silence as jennie breathed in and out peacefully in her arms.

the blonde had been awake for hours, just wondering what she was supposed to do.

she was sure it was nearly 10am, but since jennie had been practicing tirelessly for weeks, she didn't have it within herself to shake the girl awake.

she squinted her eyes at the sunlight peeking through the curtain, and she almost got up and shut it herself when she realises there's no real way to get of this problem she's created by herself, by kissing her best friend.

sighing silently, she sits up slowly removing herself from the brunette's warm embrace.

she finally gets out of bed, and quickly packs her stuff.
closing the curtain is the only thing she can do to let jennie know she still actually cares for her as friend, but apart from that, she plans to leave and avoid the brunette for as many weeks as possible.

which is probably not the best strategy, but it works for lisa.

by "works", she means working and practicing and ignoring all her problems.

she sighs quietly, admiring jennie sleeping. she spots a tiny red mark on her neck and it spooks her, and she quickly leaves, closing the door quietly and hailing a cab back to their dorm.

——
"i'm sorry, you WHAT?" jisoo exclaims incredulously, her eyes widening considerably as jennie rolls her own.

"lisa kissed me, she left next morning, she's in my dorm, i don't know what to do." jennie says quickly, putting her head in her hands.

the brunette had woken up that morning to a cold bed and marks on her neck.

she caught a cab back with jisoo, but they had avoided the dorms and decided to go get breakfast at a small cafe, while lisa decided to bedrot, and rosie left her in peace to do so.

"jen, i love you, but sometimes i wonder what goes through your brain. you don't kiss your best friend, that's like life rule number 2!" jisoo exclaims, speaking animatedly with her hands as jennie groaned in self-hatred.

"she kissed me first. plus, you did with rosie." the brunette adds, earning an eye roll from jisoo, the brunette inhaling sharply as she takes a sip of her coffee.

"yeah, well, that's different. and it doesn't matter right now. did you enjoy kissing lisa?" she questions jennie curiously as the brunette racks her brain for a reasonable answer.

jennie shrugs, taking a sip of her coffee and staring out the frosted window of the cafe.

"yes? i don't know. i always get really flustered when she touches me, so it wasn't much different." the brunette sighs exasperatedly as she thinks back to last night.

fingers tracing her jaw, soft lips on hers, curious brown eyes.

an unusually soft neck.

she bites on her lip slightly as she rubs her neck, jolting slightly when her own fingers brush over the marks lisa lovingly left on her.

"i did enjoy it." jennie finally says simply, and jisoo bangs her hand down on the table, grinning widely, earning stares from other people in the cafe.

"-but it was just experimentation." the brunette adds, as jisoo slams her head on the table this time.

jennie giggles as jisoo slowly lifts her head.

"experimentation huh? what was the conclusion? jennie plus lisa equals red marks on neck? that's some pretty easy science to me."she quips, raising her eyebrows as she smirks evilly.
