As the days  passed, Bible couldn't shake the feeling that Apo was getting closer to Jeff. He noticed Apo spending more time in Jeff's room, their voices drifting through the halls as they talked about random things. Bible tried to brush off the unease gnawing at him, but it lingered like a persistent shadow.

Apo sat in his room, his thoughts drifting to Jeff. He couldn't help but notice how comfortable Jeff seemed around him, and it warmed his heart. They talked about random topics, sharing laughter and jokes.

Suddenly, Apo had an idea. He remembered that Jeff loved apple pie, so he decided to make one himself. As he worked in the kitchen, the scent of baking apples filled the air, a comforting aroma that reminded him of home.

When the pie was ready, Apo presented it to Jeff with a smile. Jeff's eyes lit up with excitement as he saw the pie.

"Did you make this for me?" Jeff asked, his eyes shining with gratitude.

Apo nodded, feeling a sense of satisfaction at Jeff's reaction. "Yes, I did. I know it's your favorite."

Jeff's smile widened as he took a bite of the pie, savoring the delicious flavor. "Thank you, Apo. This is amazing."

Apo couldn't help but chuckle when he noticed a few stray crumbs of pie crust clinging to Jeff's lips. It was a small, endearing moment that made him smile even wider.

"You've got a little something right there," Apo said with a playful grin, gesturing to Jeff's mouth.

As Jeff reached up to remove the crumbs from his chin, Apo's hand gently intercepted his, their fingers brushing against each other. Jeff looked up, startled by the unexpected touch, and found himself locking eyes with Apo.

Apo's hand touched Jeff's cheeks and began to caress them, Jeff felt a wave of discomfort wash over him. His heart raced with unease, and he instinctively reached out to gently grasp Apo's wrist, halting the movement.

"Apo," Jeff said softly, his voice tinged with uncertainty.

Apo paused, his hand still lingering near Jeff's cheek, and looked at him with concern. "Is everything okay?" he asked, sensing Jeff's tension.

Jeff hesitated, struggling to find the right words to express his discomfort. "I... I'm not comfortable with this," he admitted, his voice barely above a whisper.

Apo's expression softened as he withdrew his hand, understanding dawning in his eyes. "I'm sorry, Jeff. I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable," he said sincerely.

Jeff nodded, a mixture of relief and apprehension flooding through him. He appreciated Apo's understanding, but the encounter had left him feeling unsettled. As they sat in silence, Jeff couldn't shake the feeling that something had shifted between them, casting a shadow over their once easy camaraderie.
