Shivalika found herself immersed in a whirlwind of emotions. The encounter with Aditya at the function had left a lingering unease in her heart. His presence seemed to stir a long-buried past, awakening memories she had tried so hard to suppress.
His piercing gaze and enigmatic smile had left her unsettled, a feeling she rarely experienced. Despite her best efforts to maintain a facade of composure, there was an undeniable pull towards him, a magnetic force that she couldn't quite comprehend.
She replayed what happened at the party.
"Not again!" She was avoiding him already after he came here, She took Vartika in the corner so that he couldn't see them but now he was approaching her and it made her question herself.
Will he again trouble her?
Will he again ask the same thing in front of Yash?
Did he see Vartika?
Shivalika was getting nervous, Everything was unpredictable right now.
She clutched the corner of her dress and looked at him, she prepared herself to talk to him but to her surprise nothing happened like that, Aditya came in front of her, she was ready to deal with him but he ignored her and looked behind her.
Shivalika frowned.
"I want to talk to you!" His words surprised her not because what he said, because he was asking to Yash.
He wanted to talk to Yash.
His face was neutral, He looked serious.
Back to the Present...
"What does he wanted to talk to Yash?" the back of the pen rolled on her lips when She questioned herself
Shivalika was immersed in his thoughts but it were interrupted by the sound of footsteps, It was her PA Preeti.
"Ma'am, the next hearing is in 3 hours we should get going" She informed her about the court hearing, it was the same case she was handling, she has some proofs which can prove Veer Innocent but she has to put tight security, she knows that accident was planned because that day she had the proofs with her which can help her to win the case.
"Hm, I have a meeting after that, so once we are done with court you come back to the office and handle things here, I will be back after completing my work, get that?" Shivalika told her, she has a meeting.
"Yes ma'am" after nodding Preeti left the office.
Shivalika sighed.
This case is tangling like threads, whenever she finds something, it turns out to be connected with something else, she has connected many dots but yet many are left, She wanted to prove Veer Innocent because she was sure he hasn't done anything wrong, if she doesn't prove him innocent than his career, his life, everything will be ruined.
He has already become left out, he doesn't talk to anyone anymore, he looks depressed, The boy who used to laugh at everything has stopped smiling, Shivalika could understand what he is going through, he is just a 23 year old boy, he never thought his life would take a 360° turn.

"Did You Find that Man?" Aditya asked Mr Khan.
"I came here to inform you that only, Sir. We found that man who shoot you" Aditya's eyes twitched hearing his selection of words, he wasn't wrong though.
"Hmm, Where is he?" He asked pinching the tip of his nose.
Mr Khan looked at him and smiled a little giving him a cult nod, Aditya understood.
