Barf Bag and Donut finally took the time to talk to the rest of the adults about their situation. Everyone listened with open ears, and hearts, offering their support and understanding. The couple felt a huge weight lifted off their shoulders; talking to the team really helped them feel a lot less isolated in this struggle.

In the following days, the team made sure that Barf Bag and Donuts needs were valued, making sure that they felt included in family activities, and also understanding when they needed some time and space for themselves.

When the two of them weren't around, the rest of the team thought that it would be nice to give them some kind of treat. It wouldn't fix their current struggle, but it would hopefully give them something else to shift their minds to for a little bit.

One afternoon, Pin gathered everyone to the living room. Thread was upstairs playing with the other two kids, while Barf Bag and Donut were at work.

"What do you need from us, Pin?" Saw asked her.

Pin looked around at her friends, her expression serious but full of determination. "I've been thinking about Barf Bag and Donut a lot lately, and I think we should do something special for them. They've been through so much, and while we can't fix everything, we can show them how much we care and support them."

Needle nodded in agreement. "I think that's a great idea, Pin. They deserve something to lift their spirits."

Gaty chimed in, "What did you have in mind, Pin?"

Pin smiled, feeling encouraged by the team's enthusiasm. "I was thinking we could plan a surprise getaway for them. Just a weekend somewhere relaxing where they can unwind and focus on each other without any stress."

Coiny's eyes lit up, "Ooo, I like that, where do you think we should take them?"

Pin interjected, "Probably somewhere not too far from here. I would think somewhere without any kids though."

Saw nodded, "I agree, the last, the last thing those two need is to be surrounded by more children."

Gaty added, "How about a cozy bed and breakfast or a small cabin in the woods? Somewhere peaceful and serene where they can really relax."

Pin nodded. "Exactly what I was thinking. I did a little research and found this charming bed and breakfast about an hour away. It's quiet, surrounded by nature, and has great reviews for being a perfect getaway."

Needle smiled. "That sounds perfect, Pin. Let's do it."

The team sprang into action, dividing tasks among themselves. The throuple took care of booking the bed and breakfast and arranging for any necessary supplies.

"Okay," Coiny said, "Let's see when we can book this."

Needle was in awe when seeing pictures of the cabin, "I think those two are going to love it! It will be nice to get them in a place with no kids around, I mean, I know they love our kids, but they sure do need a break."

Pin nodded, "I agree! I'm already getting jealous just looking at this place! Maybe the three of us should do something like this in the future."

"Oh for sure," Coiny interjected, "Just a weekend away with two of my favorite women in the world...ah I can only imagine."

Meanwhile, Saw and Gaty looked up some activities that the two of them could do near the cabin. They knew that just two people in a cabin in the woods could get kind of boring, so why not find some other things for them to do.

"Saw look!" Gaty exclaimed, "This hiking trail looks gorgeous! I'm sure those two are going to love it."

"Yeah..." Saw said, sounding slightly hesitant.

Gaty looked at Saw with concern, "Saw? Is everything okay?"

Saw nodded, "It is it is! I'm just wondering...if the two of them want a baby that badly...why don't they just adopt?"

Gaty sighed, "It's not that easy, Saw. Adoption can be a long, complicated process. There are lots of steps and sometimes obstacles that can make it very difficult for people who really want to adopt."

Saw nodded thoughtfully. "I guess I never really understood how tough it can be. I just wish there was more we could do to help them. Plus, I couldn't imagine not being pregnant with Bladey. I mean, I felt like I formed such a bond with her before she was even born!"

Gaty smiled reassuringly. "Exactly. We're doing the best we can, Saw. This getaway is just one way to show our support. And who knows? Maybe it'll give them the break they need to come back feeling stronger and more hopeful."

A few days later, the plan was ready. The team gathered in the living room, anticipation buzzing through the air. Pin, Needle, Coiny, Saw, and Gaty had put the final touches on their surprise, making sure everything was perfect. As soon as Barf Bag and Donut walked through the door, they were met with beaming smiles and a chorus of greetings.

"Welcome home!" Pin called out, stepping forward. "We have a little surprise for you both."

Barf Bag and Donut exchanged curious glances. "A surprise?" Barf Bag asked, a hint of excitement in her voice.

Needle nodded, with an envelope in her hand, "The surprise is in this envelope," she handed it to Donut.

"I'm curious as to what this could possibly be," Donut said, as he opened the letter, Barf Bag leaning in to get a glimpse of it too.

The team could hardly contain their excitement as the two of them opened the letter. Once Barf Bag and Donut saw the reservation with their own eyes, they instantly lit up.

"A vacation?" Barf Bag said, "For us?"

"Of course," Pin said, "You two have been through it lately, you guys deserve a chance to relax away from everyone for a little bit."

Gaty chimed in, "There is a nice little hiking trail for the two of you to do as well! I'm sure you're going to love it."

Donut was nearly driven to tears by the teams act of kindness, "Guys I...don't even no where to begin-"

"THANK YOU!" Barf Bag shouted, as she gave the team a giant hug.

The room filled with laughter and warm embraces as Barf Bag's enthusiastic gratitude echoed through the house. The team's faces glowed with satisfaction, knowing they had done something truly meaningful for their friends.

Pin, feeling the warmth of the moment, said, "You two mean the world to us. We wanted to do something special to show how much we care. Enjoy every minute of it."

Donut, still holding the envelope, wiped a tear from his eye. "This is more than we could have ever asked for. Thank you all so much. We really needed this."

Needle added, "Just focus on each other and leave everything else to us. We've got everything covered here."

Barf Bag and Donut hugged everyone again, their hearts full of gratitude. "We can't wait to go," Barf Bag said, her eyes sparkling. "This is exactly what we need."

As the rest of the evening played out, Donut and Barf Bag were reminded of how lucky they were to have such a supportive bunch. No matter how hard life got for them, they knew that they always had the best team in the world to fall back on.
