It was a week before the big day. Coiny, Pin, and Needle were doing some final prep in order to get ready for the wedding. Everything seemed to be in order the flowers were arranged, the venue was set up beautifully, and the excitement in the air was palpable. Team8s was bustling around, ensuring every detail was perfect for the upcoming celebration of love.

However, the wedding wasn't the only thing Pin. She was worried about ... something else that she wasn't comfortable sharing around Coiny and Needle, since she didn't want to add any more stress to them.

So she decided to tell Barf Bag about her worries, since she felt that she would be able to help her out the most with it.

When Coiny and Needle went out shopping. Pin found Barf Bag watching some TV.

"Hey Barfy...can I talk to you about something in my room? It's kinda personal."

"Are we looking at more of a Barf Bag question, or a Dr. Gutterson question?" Dr. Gutterson questions referred to all the medical questions that Team8s often brought up to her, given her expertise. (A/N You don't wanna know how long it took me to come up with that last name...)

"It's kinda both, you'll know what I mean." Barf Bag followed Pin into her room, as Pin shut the door behind her.

"So, what is it that you wanna talk to me about?" Barf Bag asked.

Pin was visibly nervous, but she knew this was something she had to bring up one way or another.

"I think I might be pregnant".

Barf Bag certainly wasn't expecting that, but she tried not to show it; she didn't wanna freak Pin out any more. "Why do you think that?"

"I'm two weeks late...I've NEVER been that late before!"

"Well, it always could be stress, after all, you are getting married next week!"

"I know but...I kinda missed a few days of birth control last week. I didn't think it would be a big deal, but here we are."

"Have you gotten a test yet?"

"NO! I've been way too nervous."

Barf Bag nodded understandingly. "Alright, one step at a time. Before we jump to conclusions, we should go get a test to confirm, and then we can figure out what's next. I can come with you to grab one, and we can take it from there. How does that sound?"

Pin sighed in relief. "That sounds like a plan. Thanks, Barfy. I just... I needed someone to talk to about this before facing Coiny and Needle."

"No problem, Pin. No matter what happens, I'll support you all the way." Barf Bag reassured her.

Together, they left the room and headed to the pharmacy to pick up a pregnancy test. Barf Bag provided a supportive presence as Pin nervously approached the situation. Once they had the test, they returned to the hotel, and Pin went to take the test in private.

Barf Bag patiently waited, and when Pin emerged with the test in hand, the tension in the room was palpable. They waited for the results together, the seconds ticking away in silence. When the result appeared, Pin's eyes welled up with tears.

"It's positive," she whispered. "I can't believe this is happening."

Barf Bag placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. "Remember, Pin, this doesn't have to be a bad thing. It's just a new chapter, and Team8s will be here for you, no matter what you decide."

Pin nodded, a mixture of emotions crossing her face. "I need to tell Coiny and Needle. They're going to hate me for this."

Barf Bag shook her head. "They won't hate you, Pin. They care about you, and we'll figure this out together. Let's take it step by step."

"But what if they do," Pin croaked out, nearly in tears.

"Then they're gonna get a taste of Dr. Gutterson that's for sure."

Together, they walked out of the room, Pin holding onto the pregnancy test. As they approached the main area where the wedding preparations were still in full swing, Pin took a deep breath. Coiny and Needle were still out, so it gave her a moment to collect her thoughts.

Barf Bag spoke softly, "You don't have to tell them alone if you don't want to. I'll be right there with you."

Pin nodded, grateful for Barf Bag's support. They decided to wait for Coiny and Needle to return before broaching the subject. The minutes felt like hours as they exchanged anxious glances and small talk to mask the tension.

Finally, the door opened, and Coiny and Needle walked in, their arms full of shopping bags. They looked exhausted but happy.

"Hey, everyone!" Coiny grinned. "We got the last-minute stuff. What did we miss?"

Pin took a deep breath, exchanging a glance with Barf Bag. "Can we all sit down? There's something important I need to talk to you about."

Concern flickered across Coiny and Needle's faces as they sat down. Pin hesitated for a moment, then looked at Barf Bag, who nodded encouragingly. Pin took another deep breath.

"I'm pregnant."

Silence hung in the air as Coiny and Needle processed the unexpected revelation.

Coiny and Needle exchanged bewildered glances before turning their attention back to Pin.

"Pregnant?" Coiny finally managed to say, his eyes wide with surprise.

Pin nodded, tears welling up in her eyes. "I just found out. I missed a couple days of birth control. I didn't think it would end up like this! It's unexpected, and I didn't want to stress you out before the wedding, but I needed to tell you."

Needle reached out and gently squeezed Pin's hand. "We're here for you, Pin. We're gonna figure this out."

Coiny took a moment to process the information before a warm smile spread across his face. "Well, I guess we're starting our family a little earlier than planned. It's a surprise, but I'm honestly excited."

Pin's eyes widened, relieved by their understanding. "You're not upset?"

Coiny shook his head. "Why would we be upset? We're a team, and we'll face whatever comes our way. Besides, we love you, and that's not changing."

Needle added, "This is a new chapter for all of us, and we'll navigate it together. We have each other, and that's what matters."

Tears streamed down Pin's face, but this time, they were tears of gratitude. Barf Bag stood by, a supportive presence during this emotional moment.

"But first," Coiny said, "we have a wedding to look forward to."

"Thank you," Pin whispered, overwhelmed with a mix of emotions. "I'm so lucky to have you all."

After letting their emotions out, they continued discussing plans and preparations for the upcoming changes in their lives. The wedding preparations resumed, now with an added layer of excitement and anticipation for the growing family. They rallied together, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead, united by the bonds of friendship and love.

As Coiny and Needle stored away the shopping bags, Barf Bag and Pin shared a quiet moment.

"Thank you for being here for me, Barfy," Pin said, wiping away a tear.

"Of course, Pin. Whatever you need, I'm here," Barf Bag replied with a reassuring smile.

.................................................

Bam. A bombshell indeed. I know there's been a lot of Coiny/Pin/Needle lately, but I promise the others will get some more time to shine later! Now the title of this book is starting to make a bit more sense! I hope you enjoyed this chapter, and I'll see you in the next chapter!
