Pin was in the car with Thread one afternoon after school, driving her to Thread's new friend, Bookmark's, house to hang out. Thread was over the moon, excited to spend some time outside of school with her.

"Mommy? Why couldn't Flare come too?" Thread asked Pin.

"Because sweetie, Bookmark is a shy girl as you know, it might be a little overwhelming for her if both of you are there." Pin said. "Maybe if you introduce Flare to her at school a little bit, she'll be open to the idea of having both of you over, but for now, it's best if you and her spend some time just the two of you."

Thread smiled, "That makes sense, I don't want her to be stressed out."

Once Pin pulled up to the house, she unloaded Thread out of the car and into her wheelchair. The two of them made their way to the front door, where Pin rang the doorbell.

Book made her way to the front door, "Why hello you two! Come on in!"

Needle and Thread headed into the house, Thread's face beaming.

"Bookmark! Honey!" Book called out. "Thread's here, she's really excited to play with you!"

"Thanks for having her over, Book," Pin said. "Thread's been looking forward to this!"

"Taggy and I are thrilled to have her over!" Book said. "We almost never have people over, it usually stresses Bookmark out."

As Book was talking, Price Tag made their way over to the front door with Bookmark following. "Look Bookmark," Price Tag said to her. "Your friend Thread's here, she's really excited to play with her."

Bookmark, still a little nervous at the fact that she was actually having a friend over, slowly approached Thread. "Hi," she said softly.

"Hi Bookmark!" Thread said excitedly, "I'm excited to play with you today!"

Pin noticed the two girls talk some more, and informed Book that she was about to head out, "I hope those two can have some fun together, I'll be back in about 2 hours."

"That sounds great, Pin." Book said, as Needle headed out of the house and back into her car, leaving Book and Price Tag alone with the two girls.

"I set up some fun activities for you girls to do!" Price Tag exclaimed. "Follow me to the kitchen!"

As the two girls followed Price Tag to the kitchen, Thread got curious, and asked Bookmark a question. "So, is that your Mimi you were talking about at that first session with Dr. Horn."

Bookmark nodded, "They sure are! They and my Mommy are very awesome parents!"

Thread was in awe in seeing Bookmarks Mimi. "My parents have told me about them, but I've never seen a nonbinary in real life before."

Price Tag let out a small chuckle, overhearing the conversation of the two girls, "Well, now you have," Price Tag said with a warm smile. "And I'm honored I get to be your first!"

Thread smiled shyly, her eyes wide with curiosity. "You're really cool. I think it's neat that Bookmark has parents like you."

Bookmark nodded, "Yeah, you and mommy are the best parents in the whole world!"

Price Tag led the girls to a table in the kitchen, where a few craft supplies were neatly laid out. "I thought maybe you two could make some bracelets or do some painting. Whatever sounds fun to you!"

Thread's face lit up when she saw the supplies. "Ooh, I love making bracelets! We can make friendship bracelets!" she exclaimed, her excitement contagious.

Bookmark's nerves started to settle as she saw how happy Thread was. "That sounds fun," she agreed quietly, sitting down beside her.

The girls each picked out their beads and strings and were working away. Price Tag and Book looked at their daughter proudly, feeling like some of the best parents in the world that day.
