Annabeth watched her mother and Bella from afar, as the older woman told Bella that she didn't have to leave. She knew Anna was going either way, but Bella was her baby, and she normally didn't leave for any reason. The only reason she was leaving was to give their mother and step-father, Phil, a moment to be a happy couple without children.

"Go ahead and get in the car," Phil said,"your mom and Bella should be any second."

"Thank you, Phil." She murmured, and Phil gave her a smile.

Phil was a nice guy, yes, but Anna wasn't as close to him as she was to her real father. It seemed Bella was closer to Phil, but that was because she seen him a lot more. Anna almost blamed their mother for it, but Bella was getting older and could make decisions for herself, but she never chose to go to Forks until now.

Eventually, Bella and their mother got into the car, and Phil drove them to the airport. Anna had her earbuds in, as Too Young To Fall In Love played loudly through the small buds. Anna was a huge fan of classic rock, but she also liked a vast amount of other music. She just wasn't a fan of country music, classical music, or pop music, like The Beatles and Madonna.

"I love you, Anna," Renée, their mother, cooed, as she held the girl close,"call me wherever you have time. I want to hear all about your senior year. I already have your birthday gift sent to your dad, so don't think I forgot about you."

"Thanks, Mom," Anna murmured,"I love you, too."

Anna hugged Phil, before she grabbed her bag and headed to get checked in. Soon, the plane would be leaving, and she did not want to miss it. She had even made sure to dress comfortably, just incase the plane ride was longer than planned. Sometimes the plane takeoff would be delayed, and Anna learned her lesson a couple years ago about dressing nice for a long plane ride.

Anna was quiet for the entire journey on the plane

Anna was quiet for the entire journey on the plane. Her music stayed blasting in her ears at an unsafe volume, but she didn't care. She liked being able to practically feel the music in her soul as she listened to it.

When the plane finally landed, Anna was able to stand up and stretch her stiff joints. She was exhausted, but she hated sleeping on planes. She had seen one too many stories about bad things happening on planes, and though she always used a plane to get from point A to point B, she'd never let herself fall asleep.

"Hey, Dad!" Anna called, as she pulled her suitcase behind her.

"Hey, Anna." He greeted, once she was closer.

Bella was trailing behind, feeling completely awkward and out of place. She and Charlie, their father, were very awkward the moment Bella approached. Anna was almost embarrassed by how awkward the two were with each other.

Charlie helped them put their suitcases into the trunk of his patrol car, and Anna let Bella sit up front. Anna sprawled across the backseat of the squad car, letting herself relax. Her father gave her a pointed look for not putting on her seat belt, but he was too happy to have her back to give her a lecture.

Once they got to their home, Anna almost felt a sigh of relief leave her body. She was very happy to be home; not that with her mom felt foreign, but Forks would always be her first home. This house was where she was born, and where she was raised for the first few years of her life. She would visit every summer, so this place would always be her home.

"I'm going up to my room to unpack!" Anna called, as she headed towards the front door.

Anna had gotten the room right next to Bella's years ago, and as she grew up, she redecorated her room and made it more her style. It was plain to some people, but she loved the way her bedroom looked. It was simple but perfect to her.

She set her suitcase down on her bed, unzipped it, and began unpacking her things

She set her suitcase down on her bed, unzipped it, and began unpacking her things. She had quite a bit of clothes and shoes left here, but she had gotten new clothes and a couple new pairs of shoes that she decided to bring with her. She also brought her laptop, something she carried everywhere with her.

Anna also had her own bathroom attached to her bedroom. It was small, but it was perfect for her. It had a shower, a sink, and a toilet, which was all she had needed. Bella and Charlie would be sharing a bathroom, but Anna was given the chance to have her own. Bella was a little jealous, but she knew that it was only fair, since Anna was the oldest.

Right after she had finished unpacking, Bella knocked on the door of her room, and motioned for her to come downstairs. Normally, Anna would've went straight for a shower, but it seemed this time was different. It seemed Bella had other ideas, but Anna wasn't going to complain, she needed to move around a bit to loosen her muscles.

Anna followed Bella outside, and she wasn't really surprised to see Billy and Jacob Black outside with Charlie. Billy and Charlie were best friends, and Jacob was around a lot because he had to drive his father places. Billy was in a wheelchair, so Jacob had to be around to help him out.

"Hey Uncle Billy," Anna greeted him, as she walked over and gave him a hug,"Hey Jake."

"Hey Anna," Billy replied,"It's so good to see you. I was worried only Bella was comin' to stay. I didn't want to miss my favorite little runner."

"I'm not so little anymore, Uncle Billy, I tell you this every time you say that." She commented, causing him to laugh.

Billy really was like family to her, and she truly cared for him and Jacob. She knew if she was ever in trouble, Billy would be there to help her out...
