Kiley:

The next day, I decided to talk to Andrew. He deserves an apology; not a cold shoulder.

I haven't seen him since yesterday. I wonder where he is.

As I walked through the halls, students gave me sympathetic looks and I saw others talking as their eyes bored onto me.

I kept my head low and stared at the floor as I kept walking. I felt safer with Andrew besides me all the time.

He's such a nice guy. He tried to be my friend from the start. I seriously can't believe myself.

I arrived at my locker and opened it, taking out my book and placing some stuff inside. I slammed it shut and walked to my class.

I was late. Our teacher looked at me and seemed to stop whatever she was doing. Everybody looked at me as if I was a ghost.

I swallowed a lump in my throat as my gaze landed on Andrew. He wasn't looking at me, he was staring at his desk.

I pressed my lips together and looked up at my teacher. 'I'm sorry I'm late.'

She gave me a small smile and nodded.

I walked to my seat and dropped my bag beside it, sitting down.

I didn't look back, I couldn't.
