My heart beat quickened by the second as Kiley approached me. I'm just going to pour my heart into this conversation.

I need to get it all out of my system, right now.

Kiley closed the classroom door, stepping in front of me. She didn't look at me as she signed.

'What?'

I let out a deep breath I didn't know I was holding in my chest. I lifted her head up so she could look at me, and signed.

'Kiley... I can't keep doing this; not talking to you breaks me. I miss you a lot. I just want to be near you...it hurts me to see you alone and hurt. Kiley... I like you.'

I seriously hope I signed all those words correctly.

Kiley just stood there, looking at my hands.

She wasn't going to say anything... so I turned around and started to walk down the hall.

Before I knew it, two small arms wrapped around my chest from under my arms. Kiley's forehead pressed against my upper back.

I looked at her hands as she tighten them around me, as if saying 'don't go'.
