The night was deep and still, the only sound in the barracks being the soft hum of the central heating system. Y/N had finally managed to fall into a fitful sleep after a long day of training. The unit had been pushing hard, preparing for an upcoming mission, and exhaustion had settled into her bones.
But König couldn't sleep. He lay in his bunk, staring at the ceiling, his mind racing. The dream he'd had was vivid, too real to shake off. In it, he and Y/N had been together, intimately, their connection electric and undeniable. The dream had left him breathless and longing, an ache in his chest that he couldn't ignore.
Before he could second-guess himself, König swung his legs out of bed and pulled on a shirt. He needed to see her. He needed to know if she felt the same way, if the dream could somehow become reality.
Quietly, he made his way through the darkened corridors of the barracks, his footsteps almost silent. When he reached Y/N's door, he hesitated for a moment, his heart pounding in his chest. Summoning his courage, he knocked softly, the sound barely audible in the stillness.
Y/N woke with a start, her heart racing. She glanced at the clock—2:47 AM. Who could be at her door at this hour? Throwing on a robe, she padded to the door and opened it a crack, peering out to see König standing there, his expression intense and troubled.
"König?" she whispered, opening the door wider. "What's wrong? Is everything okay?"
König stepped inside, closing the door behind him. The small room felt even smaller with him in it, his presence dominating the space. He took a deep breath, his eyes locking onto hers. "Y/N, I'm sorry to wake you, but I couldn't sleep. I had a dream, and... I need to talk to you."
Y/N's heart fluttered at the vulnerability in his voice. "What kind of dream?" she asked softly, sensing the gravity of the moment.
König ran a hand through his hair, struggling to find the right words. "It was about you. About us. We were... together, in a way that felt so real. I know this might sound crazy, but I can't stop thinking about it. About you."
Y/N's breath caught in her throat. She had felt the same pull toward him, the same unspoken connection. "König, I've been feeling something too. I didn't know how to say it, but I've been thinking about you. A lot."
König closed the distance between them in two quick strides, his hands gently cupping her face. "Y/N, I don't want to hide this anymore. I need to know if you feel the same way."
Y/N's hands came up to rest on his arms, her touch sending a shiver through him. "I do, König. I've wanted to tell you for so long."
His lips were on hers before she could say another word, the kiss urgent and filled with all the longing they had both been suppressing. Y/N responded instantly, her arms wrapping around his neck, pulling him closer. The kiss deepened, their connection burning brighter with each passing second.
König's hands roamed down her back, pulling her even closer as they stumbled toward the bed. He broke the kiss just long enough to murmur against her lips, "I want you, Y/N. I need you."
"I'm yours," she whispered back, her voice breathless and filled with desire.
They fell onto the bed together, their movements a tangle of limbs and hurried kisses. König's touch was both gentle and possessive, his need for her palpable. Y/N matched his intensity, her hands exploring the hard planes of his body, her heart racing with anticipation.
In the darkness of the night, they came together in a whirlwind of passion and tenderness. Their connection was undeniable, a culmination of months of unspoken feelings and suppressed desires. As they lay entwined in the aftermath, their breathing slowly returning to normal, König held Y/N close, his heart full.
"I've wanted this for so long," he confessed, his voice a low rumble in the quiet room. "You mean more to me than you'll ever know."
Y/N snuggled closer, her head resting on his chest. "And you mean everything to me, König. I'm so glad you came to me tonight."
In the stillness of the early morning, they found solace in each other's arms, knowing that whatever challenges lay ahead, they would face them together. Their bond was no longer a secret, and their love no longer hidden. For König and Y/N, the night had brought them the reality they had both dreamed of, and their hearts were finally at peace.
