Yes, maybe this one time I would like to be seen as a victim. This one time I would like people to acknowledge that what I went through wasn't okay. Just this once can I be a victim can I be the one who didn't deserve it. When I tell my story this one time can you not blame me I already do that enough for the both of us. I just need you right now to see me as a victim because no one else will. The little girl in me just needs acknowledgement this one time then I promise I'll stop telling the story. I'll stop looking for pity if you just this once see me as a victim of the story.
