📍The Pediatric Office"Nurse Ren!" Jay could be heard shouting as soon as Serenity entered his room.
"Hi! I've missed you friend." She beamed at him as well.
"I missed you too. Where did you go?"
"Jay, mind ya business!" His mother scolded from her chair in the room.
"It's okay. I was in Jamaica for a trip."
"Wow! You have pictures?" The young boy questioned.
"I do but I can't have my phone at work. I'll have to show you another time. Now let's do those vitals."
Leaning over Serenity took his blood pressure, temperature, and talked to him about the procedure he'd be having done today.
"See you later nurse Ren!"
"Bye buddy! See you." She smiled at him and his mother before closing the door.
Quickly removing her gloves and putting on hand sanitizer she went to see her next patient.
"Renny!" Her sisters voice could be heard as she entered the room.
"Hi Amiah! What are you doing here my love?"
"I fell off my swing set and hurt my arm, see?"
"Oh! I do see. Did you cry?"
"Nope!" She popped the P with lots of sass.
"Wow! What a big girl."
Serenity did a routine check up on her sister as well before calling her mother and father back to the room.
"Hey y'all." She smiled and hugged them both.
"Wassup baby." Her father spoke.
"I just wanted to tell y'all myself that I think Dr.Nash will put a splint on her arm but it shouldn't be too painful."
"Thank you baby." Her mother spoke by grateful for her daughters help.
"I been looking for y'all everywhere. Thankfully some cute nurse named Alyssa helped me find y'all." Her brother Isaiah spoke as he came into the room.
"Oh Wassup Renny." He hugged his sister once he noticed her.
"Hi Zayzay. I'm going to go get Dr.Nash. Don't embarrass me! And Mimi if you do a good job, I'll get you a lollipop and a sticker!"
"Yay!"
Serenity slowly closed her door before going to look for Dr. Nash.
"Room 5 is ready for you!"
"Thank you." He replied as she continued on to her next round of patients.
Before she could forget she quickly grabbed Amiah her sweets and stickers while saying goodbye to her family.
