NOBODY'S POV:
"Now, it's time for everyone to say a few words" the preacher stood down from the stand and walked over to the open coffin, with a peaceful looked Stan. The preacher whispered a few words and drew a cross in the air, in front of his chest and his head. He did all this with his eyes closed.
Kenny immediately stood up, and straightened his tie and wiped his teary eyes and cleared his throat. Then he began.
"Stan was a leader. Stan was a different sort of person. You would look at Stan and think 'this kid is gonna get somewhere, he is going to do something great'" Kenny paused as a few people in the audience stifled out a tiny laugh and a smile.
"He was wise beyond his year. To him life wasn't just about knowledge, you don't need to worry about getting perfect grades all the time. You have only one life, and if you fuck up, there is no going back. Life is about letting loose. Stan got A's and B's he worked hard, but not hard enough to where he never hard time for anything else. Stan was our leader. He would always..." Kenny stopped what he was saying and looked over to his left, where the open coffin lay.
Kenny strides over and stared into the coffin for a few more minutes before he turned confidently around "He will always be our leader! No one is ever going to replace him!" Kenny shouted the last bit before quickly running off the podium and taking his seat again. Placing his head in his hands and rubbing his eyes.
