Hyunjin x Felix series 2

New classroom

Hyunjin and Felix take their kids to the daycare along with Minho and Jisung. The pushes Jinhyun in a stroller while Hyunjin carries Lily in a pouch he wears like a backpack.

"Wow. This place looks nice. Maybe Jinhyun will like it.", the blonde told.

"I think he will. Won't you gummy bear?" The little one chews on his toy and doesn't pay attention.

"Minho.", the principal called.
"Oh Mr- Chan."
"Great to see you here."

"I am a teacher now."
"Yes. Right of course."
"Here are the parents of Jinhyun."

"Hi. You can call me Chan. I'm the principal."
"I'm Hyunjin and this is my husband Felix."

"Hello. Nice to meet you."
"I know that accent from anywhere. You're from Australia?"

"Gasp! I am. Are you?"
"Yes indeed."
"Oh my god. That's so cool! Hyun, did you hear that? That is so cool!"

"Calm down, love.", he rests his hands on his shoulders.
"Is this Jinhyun?"

"It is."
Chan squats to the little one's level.
"Hi little fella."

Jinhyun throw his toy at his face and laughs.
"Jinhyun!", Hyunjin picks up his toy. "I am sorry for that. He always throws things."

"It's fine. It didn't hurt." Chan looks back and forth at Jinhyun and Hyunjin. "Wow. A spitting image of his appa."

"We get that a lot."
"Alright. Let me show you around."

The first stop was Minho's classroom.
"And here's where you will be teaching."

"I like this. Very much.", Minho told.

"It's blank now but you can decorate it in any way you want."
"Oh. I'm gonna keep it like this."

They all looked at him.

"Oh...ok."
"I like it plain."
"Noted. You might change your mind later."

Minho chuckles. "I won't."

"Come on, Min. You can put a carpet over here.", Jisung stands in the middle of the room. "Maybe hang the kid's drawings on the walls. Maybe."

Minho doesn't say anything to that and just stares at him.
"Orrr maybe not. Never mind."

Jinhyun starts whining and points towards to the window.
"What's wrong, love? You see something?", Felix unbuckles the belt and sets him on the floor.

The little one runs to the window.
"He's so cute.", Chan said. "Oh my. You have another one. I didn't even realize."

Hyunjin turns his head back.
"Yes. This is Lily. She's a bit quiet though. Is she asleep?"

"Nope. Fully awake. Hi.", Chan smiles widely and gives her a handshake with his finger.

Lily showed little to no emotion and is very mellow for a baby. No one knew where she gets it from.

"Will she be coming here as well?"
"Probably."
Jinhyun's sudden scream alerts everyone but he's just having fun.

"I can tell he's going to like it here."
"Let's hope."

The week before school starts Hyunjin and Felix take their kids school shopping while Minho was a teacher conference and Jisung was working.

"So much to choose from.", Hyunjin says looking at the shelves with a variety of different backpacks.

"Just pick one."
"It's his first day of school ever in his life. It's needs to be special."

"It's just a backpack."
"Thank god I'm here. Gasp! Wait. I have something. Let's get other supplies."

The blonde looked confused and follows behind him pushing Jinhyun in his stroller. Meanwhile when then conference came to an end, Minho grabs a cup of water then a women walks up and does the same.

"It's nice to see a new face working at here. Forgive me for saying this but you don't look like someone who likes kids."

"I'm full of mystery. What was your name again?"
"Sullyoon.", she smiles softly.

"Good to meet you."
"You too. I have to go now. See you tomorrow."

Minho looks across the room and noticed three other women who were talking with each other looking at him. During the conference there was two other men other than Chan working there. The rest were women. He thinks nothing of it and leaves.

Later Felix lays down in bed about to sleep but his husband doesn't turn the lamp off and stays on his laptop.

"Not sleeping?"
"Uhh..I will."
"Hyun, what is it?"

"Just working. Go to sleep, babe."
"I can't if you're not cuddling me."
"I will.", he types.

"Hyunjin. You're not fooling me. Now tell me what's on your mind."

"Sigh. It's just...nightmares about us being together with Minho and Jisung."

"Like how we are now?"
"No but yes."
The blonde tilts his head in confusion.

"How so?"

"Like we're all together in one big relationship and it's freaky. And you wanted to try it."

"That's odd."
"Maybe it's from past events that meant nothing but I dream of it every night."

"That means something."
"What?"
"Don't know. But it's no coincidence."

"What are you saying?"
"Nothing. What are you thinking?"
"Nothing."

"Then we're good."
"Ok.", he puts his laptop on the dresser and turns the lamp off.

"Should we do a small vacation before Jinhyun goes to school?"
"To where?"

"Somewhere not far. Maybe jeju island. Jinhyun likes the sand."
"He would eat the sand."

"Haha! That's true. I wonder if Lily would like it."
"Only one way to find out."
